So I ordered 3 hats and they were the wrong size. So I had to pay shipping to send it back to them for the exchange no biggie. That was like 2.5 weeks ago. I've called twice and both times they have told me that they only have one employee doing returns this time of year… and she'll get to it when she gets to it… but your stuff from anywhere else bc anywhere else give free return shipping and much faster turnaround. And more than one employee doing returns during the holidays.

So I ordered 3 hats and they were the wrong size. So I had to pay shipping to send it back to them for the exchange no biggie. That was like 2.5 weeks ago. If I could give them minus stars, I would. After sucking up the American exchange rate, I was charge an additional $50 in import fees to CANADA. Additional fees that were not indicated on their website nor that I have ever experienced when buying from an American company. To add insult to injury, over half these fees were due to their bad standing with FexEx and had nothing to do with duty and taxes! When I contacted customer service they lied and said it was stated on their site and they offered no compensation. To speak nothing of the quality of the actual products. What were meant to be inexpensive, fun stocking stuffers became overpriced, cheaply made trinkets. DO NOT buy from this site.

Ordered a $59.99 flash work shirt from this site
For my husband for his birthday, last October(10/20), with some other things as well and it's pretty lame they only sent a $10 looking flash t-shirt instead of the men's flash work shirt. With no refund to my account or credit card. Everything else was right except the most expensive thing I bought. Also sent it seperate so pretty obvious they knew what they were doing. F RATING. The one thing I really wanted him to have and you couldn't produce. Thanks!

Ordered a gift for my child. I'm a single mom so it was a bit of a sacrifice to buy. My package was lost by ups. They won't resolve the issue. They ship a certain way where a person can't file a claim with ups. The person that emailed me back from customer service was extremely rude. Does not care to resolve anything they only care about taking peoples money. This company is very dishonest. Don't trust a thief. I am posting about this every chance I get. And I would rate a zero but it won't alow me to.

I recently made a purchase of some men's underwear that were advertised as 95% cotton, but were intact 95% spandex. Be careful of what you order!

I ordered items for Christmas in September they were shipped on 29th September, on 9th October they were being returned to sender, I contacted them they replied with you need to confirm address for shipping company, I did this it is now 3 November they have ignored my last 3 emails according to tracking it is still sitting in limbo, hasn't even been returned. Uesless service, I've asked for them to reship my items or refund my money, no reply, would not recommend

I ordered a couple of hoodies at their over inflated price tag and got no confirmation that my order went through. It didn't even appear in my bank. I reordered and then both orders showed up in my account. I just wanted to stop one order from going through. It took over a week of emails and repeated phone calls to get even a basic response from their customer service. At that point they had processed both orders and gave me a "sucks to be you" attitude. Don't buy here. It's nothing but an overpriced hassle from start to finish.

Tip for consumers:
Do not shop here.

Don't even bother wasting your time or money on this place. The place isn't even legit. Use Google and do some research you'll see it's complete nonsense.

Went with a few Avengers hats $93 good quality but were too big. Returned the hats but Had to dispute the charges as they gave a partial credit to someone else's credit card. Kept on hold for 20 minutes before being sent to a voicemail. Upon leaving voicemail they deleted the order from my purchases account (deceptive!) I kept all my emails and UPS return receipt. Once again cool hats but make sure you get the correct size otherwise plan on disputing charges, maybe if they get enough credit companies will get tired of their deceptive practices.

I ordered a Star Wars hat as a Christmas gift and the item was never in stock. Contacted the company numerous times they stated they would reimburse me and still haven't! I have no idea why they charged me for an item they never sent. The worst service ever! Currently seeking legal advice in hopes no one else has this experience.

The reviews are correct - partial orders sent... then you have to call them about your missing stuff. They tell you it wasn't in stock. Then issue a refund. Initially, I was pretty psyched to see how many items they have that my son would be interested in. Be aware that they are not going to tell you if it is out of stock. They will make you figure out you didn't get it, then they will pat themselves on the back for giving you a refund. Browse their site, find items you like, google them and buy elsewhere. Oh and make sure to click a few paid links in the search results for their site while your at it

While this company has a good selection of items, they seem to have problems with inventory and what their website promises. Last year, I placed an order for 18ish Avengers buttons. Got an email a day or so later saying that they didn't have that many, so they helped me with selecting another Avengers-themed buttonfine. Worked out.

This year I ordered 21 Spiderman buttons 2 day shipping. Four days later, nothing comes. I emailed asking when the order would be shipped and the next day, I've got a refund in my PayPal account. No email explaining the lack of inventory, the reason for the return, etc. Emailed them again to ask what happened... no response. Really ticked me off (1) that they can't tell customers what their inventory is and (2) that they can't simply respond to an email. Guys: find a way to set up your website so that it shows how many of any given item are in stock; I can't believe there isn't a way to do it. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered 2 shirts (not very cheap ones either) and while there support page states that most items are shipped within 1 or 2 days it has now been 2 1/2 weeks for my order with no movement in my shipping details. I contacted support and they said: "This item is going to be coming directly from the manufacturer and takes about 7-10 business days before this item can be shipped from out warehouse. Once shipped your order will go out all together and you will be e-mailed a tracking"... hat to say it but it's been 12 business days and still nothing... nor do I recall seeing anything on the site stating the product being purchased is coming from a 3rd party and will delay thing indefinitely. I'll give it 3 more business days before I cancel my order.

I ordered a shirt size 2x. It says 2x on the tag but it fits my 120# size medium daughter. I couldn't even get it over my head or shoulders let alone my Buddha belly. Do not buy!

They do not honor the advertised shipping dates, and then will blame it on UPS, and not refund your money. It's a scam

I concur with other reviews. I ordered something on the 30th with two day guaranteed 2 day shipping; this means it should arrive on the 3rd at the latest. I am receiving it the 5th with customer service blaming UPS. I know how to count to two days. Stay away from this excuse of a company. Order from Amazon that honors shipping dates.

So I ordered The Infinity Gauntlet class ring back in September of this year and and it was around the 15th and 16th of September so I figured that I'll probably going to get the ring in September but I didn't and receive the ring the second week of October. I called and emailed them for the status of my ring at purchase, I did not receive an email nor a phone call from them in weeks I finally received an email stating that they were backlog due to the hurricane and my order will be shipped as soon as possible and that was in the first week of October. I finally received my ring the second week of October and I was quite surprised when I opened up the ring. Despite the long wait and countless weeks of emailing and calling I finally received the ring and was very happy with it. So as far as ordering things from them again I highly doubt I'm going to you due to the fact that I waited so long for my purchase it ruined my experience

So not only are the prices just silly but contacting them is ridiculous never got a straight answer, got told things that weren't true, they even lied to me, to make themselves look better. That's unacceptable as a business, they are unorganized. The superhero box don't even waste your money Its not even worth it you barely ever get something nice

I will not order from them again. I have had too many issues with their shipping. Their solution to my order not showing up in 6 business days was to refund me $3. They suck and for the price you pay for their gear, you're getting ripped off because their customer service blows. Get your gear at 80stees. Their service is amazing!

I ordered the fight club box for my fiance's birthday in June knowing how much he loves comics only to be very disappointed when it arrived. The total cost with shipping was 57$ so it wasn't cheap. We got a tee shirt, magnet, batman bobble head and a pair of socks. They all looked like we could've gotten the same thing at the dollar store. NEVER AGAIN!

Bought a Mario bros iPhone case for my iPhone 5. After having the original case my phone came with for over a year I wanted a cool new one. I've dropped my phone countless times and never had a problem. Got this junk case from superherostuff.com and it didn't seem to ever fit right to begin with. Well today I dropped my phone for the first time after putting this case on and the screen cracked, now I'm out $150 bucks because of this piece of crap. Thanks a lot superherostuff..

I ordered my nephews spiderman outfit on 1 December - it is still not here on night of 22 December, despite the website promises of on time delivery. And they keep on sending mountains of spam email. Never again.

Just looking at the average sizes on this site I guess geek girls only come in slim. Just figures that they wouldn't have any sizes for real women. Your inventory needs to improve.
