I have been ordering from SuperHeroStuff.com since 2013. Their catalogue of products when it comes to your favourite superheroes is second to none. Furthermore, the customer service team are quite helpful which is a rarity these days. Highly recommend to purchase their merchandise.

As an international shopper I have bought from these guys regularly and have never been disappointed. Their exclusive range of New Era caps are simply awesome and great quality. Their international shipping costs are also very fair and are delivered promptly. Just finally their customer service is also first class. On the one occasion I had a slight issue with an order they were more than willing to help and responded quickly. Thanks to their entire team.

This is a great place to get a variety of products from your favorite superhero franchises. They offer things like apparel, collectable merchandise and accessories. You can choose from a wide range of franchises from the Marvel and DC universes. Plus, there are other franchises you can purchase things from, like The Legend of Zelda, Mega Man, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Wars and various anime franchises. All in all, it is a awesome place for pop culture enthusiasts. I have personally made a purchase with them before and had a great experience. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

So I ordered 3 hats and they were the wrong size. So I had to pay shipping to send it back to them for the exchange no biggie. That was like 2.5 weeks ago. I've called twice and both times they have told me that they only have one employee doing returns this time of year… and she'll get to it when she gets to it… but your stuff from anywhere else bc anywhere else give free return shipping and much faster turnaround. And more than one employee doing returns during the holidays.

I ordered a watch from these guys, but unfortunately it got stolen off of my porch. I told them my story, and even though it was no fault of the people at SuperheroStuff.com they were kind enough to give me a discount on another watch. I appreciate a business who supports its customers even when it has no obligation to. For that reason an there great products I give them a 5/5 I will be shopping with them for years.

Superherostuff.com is my favorite place to get my unique comic gear. In the 10 years I've been shopping there I've had 3 set backs with my orders, and Superherostuff.com has handled each 1 quickly and they've exceeded expectations. Thanks!

The order I placed arrived in a very timely fashion, and was very nice quality. Due to no fault of their own, the item was slightly defective, so I reached out to customer service and within only a couple hours they agreed to send a replacement out at no cost to myself. Excellent customer service is an understatement!

I just got another green lantern hat by new era, this time in black, with a glow in the dark logo. It has John Stewart on the inside lining which is awesome. I late night ordered a shirt I couldn't afford after getting a coupon code, and had buyers remorse this morning. Customer service cancelled my order for me,(as it wasn't fulfilled yet) and I immediately got a paypal refund. I was very thankful for their prompt help. Great customer service experience.

Ordered a gift for my child. I'm a single mom so it was a bit of a sacrifice to buy. My package was lost by ups. They won't resolve the issue. They ship a certain way where a person can't file a claim with ups. The person that emailed me back from customer service was extremely rude. Does not care to resolve anything they only care about taking peoples money. This company is very dishonest. Don't trust a thief. I am posting about this every chance I get. And I would rate a zero but it won't alow me to.

I ordered a couple of hoodies at their over inflated price tag and got no confirmation that my order went through. It didn't even appear in my bank. I reordered and then both orders showed up in my account. I just wanted to stop one order from going through. It took over a week of emails and repeated phone calls to get even a basic response from their customer service. At that point they had processed both orders and gave me a "sucks to be you" attitude. Don't buy here. It's nothing but an overpriced hassle from start to finish.

The t-shirts and sweatshirts are top quality. I have had to deal with customer service on a few occasions and they are quick to resolve my issues while being polite and courteous. I ordered from this shop from time to time and I'm never disappointed! The quality of fabrics is great, I brought a zip up hoodie there 6 years ago and it's still good as new. I had a problem with my last order and the team behind the shop was so nice, really helpful and quick to react my problem was solve in least than two days ( knowing that I'm ordering from France so there is adifferent time zone). Really a fantastic online shop, truly recommend! Xx

If I could give them minus stars, I would. After sucking up the American exchange rate, I was charge an additional $50 in import fees to CANADA. Additional fees that were not indicated on their website nor that I have ever experienced when buying from an American company. To add insult to injury, over half these fees were due to their bad standing with FexEx and had nothing to do with duty and taxes! When I contacted customer service they lied and said it was stated on their site and they offered no compensation. To speak nothing of the quality of the actual products. What were meant to be inexpensive, fun stocking stuffers became overpriced, cheaply made trinkets. DO NOT buy from this site.

Not only are their products made of excellent quality and perfectly designed, their customer service is probably the best I've ever seen. Its been years since I ordered from them and they still immediately responded to my messages and resolved my issue within the next day, that's quality service right there! And that's saying a lot these days because many companies could care less about customer service meanwhile Superherostuff continues to be the best at their jobs for years now! Keep it up! Your fans love you and your products!

Ordered a $59.99 flash work shirt from this site
For my husband for his birthday, last October(10/20), with some other things as well and it's pretty lame they only sent a $10 looking flash t-shirt instead of the men's flash work shirt. With no refund to my account or credit card. Everything else was right except the most expensive thing I bought. Also sent it seperate so pretty obvious they knew what they were doing. F RATING. The one thing I really wanted him to have and you couldn't produce. Thanks!

I am so happy I came across this amazing business. I was so excited because of the great products and many choices of merchandise, to my amazement it gets better than that. I had two small problems and the customer service was so unbelievably awesome, which is the complete opposite of most businesses these days. Not only were my problems resolved quickly, they went above and beyond to make me happy. Love, love, love superherostuff.com! Finally, you feel good about spending your money with someone. Love you guys! You've got a loyal customer for life!

They are so smart with shipping. They fit all of my items in a size appropriate box. Not wasteful at all.

So I recently ordered 3 hats & 5 pins at the beginning of the month. Because I'm located in Canada, the shipping took a bit longer than was stated. That's alright because the items came packaged with care. BTW, I had to pay a customs charge upon delivery, but from what I've heard that's to be expected. However, once I opened the packaging, I only received 2 hats & all 5 pins. The one hat missing was obviously the one I ordered for myself, but my daughter's were happy that they got their hats & pins. Anyways, the customer service is not the greatest and I'm still wondering how this will be resolved! A $40 hat USD runs me about $60 CDN and my credit card receipt reflects that

Been shopping online at SHS for years and never had a bad experience. The customer service team is amazing and quick at responding and letting you know that they don't have something in stock and quick to either refund you or ship you something in lieu of what you wanted. The merch is well made and is durable. The US post office lost a large order of mine a few years ago and they even shipped out a new order ASAP! Can't say enough about them. But I will be ordering again :)
