I ordered the fight club box for my fiance's birthday in June knowing how much he loves comics only to be very disappointed when it arrived. The total cost with shipping was 57$ so it wasn't cheap. We got a tee shirt, magnet, batman bobble head and a pair of socks. They all looked like we could've gotten the same thing at the dollar store. NEVER AGAIN!
Just looking at the average sizes on this site I guess geek girls only come in slim. Just figures that they wouldn't have any sizes for real women. Your inventory needs to improve.
So not only are the prices just silly but contacting them is ridiculous never got a straight answer, got told things that weren't true, they even lied to me, to make themselves look better. That's unacceptable as a business, they are unorganized. The superhero box don't even waste your money Its not even worth it you barely ever get something nice
I ordered an Xavier school hoodie during Christmas time and was really surprised how nice it looked, but now that I've washed it 2 times, wore it maybe 10 times since I've bought it and hung dried it, all the zipper teeth are falling off and I can't zip it anymore. I paid maybe $65 for it and I don't think I will be spending that kind of money there anymore.
I'm in the UK, ordered a t-shirt last week and expected to maybe have it before xmas. I was really pleasantly surprised to find it sitting on my doormat today - it's a perfect fit, great quality and arrived insanely fast. Great company!
Ordered a Star Wars Jedi Robe for my husband for Christmas. He loved it but during its first laundering (on gentle, and never having been worn), one of the side seams was ripped and there were numerous, tiny snags in the material. E-mailed customer service explaining the situation and expected a simple "yes, return it, we want you to be satisfied as a customer" or "no, you washed it, you're stuck with it even though it's a crap product". Got a totally useless answer via e-mail. In addition, I responded to their "how do you like this product?" e-mail with the same information and received no communication. Interestingly, the product is no longer on the website so my comment wasn't posted.
I'm returning it anyhow and hopefully SuperHeroStuff.com will come through with a good customer service response and refund me. But I will never, ever shop on this site again.
I've been ordering items from Superherostuff.com for the past three years and have never had one bad experience. The items are all quality. The customer service is A1. Whether you are buying items for yourself or for gifts, I would highly recommend this site above any other on the net for superhero t-shirts, pajamas, bathing suits and other items because the quality of the items are top knotch. I'm writing this review because I'm a very happy customer and I noticed that there wasn't a review for this company. My hubby is a comic book enthusiast and very picky about quality merchandise so I know if I buy from this site he is always very pleased with his gifts.
