Cool Stuff, with good quality, but their customer service is probably kind of average. Not so bad but not as good as I wish. I think they need to improve much better.

Been shopping online at SHS for years and never had a bad experience. The customer service team is amazing and quick at responding and letting you know that they don't have something in stock and quick to either refund you or ship you something in lieu of what you wanted. The merch is well made and is durable. The US post office lost a large order of mine a few years ago and they even shipped out a new order ASAP! Can't say enough about them. But I will be ordering again :)

Don't even bother wasting your time or money on this place. The place isn't even legit. Use Google and do some research you'll see it's complete nonsense.

I received a Deadpool umbrella and socks for my b day. I love them! Yes, the umbrella sleeve comes with a cross body shoulder strap ;) The socks are great quality and fit, the open/close mechanism on the umbrella is easy to use - no fighting to close it. Didn't know about this site, but will bookmark from now on.

Not only are their products made of excellent quality and perfectly designed, their customer service is probably the best I've ever seen. Its been years since I ordered from them and they still immediately responded to my messages and resolved my issue within the next day, that's quality service right there! And that's saying a lot these days because many companies could care less about customer service meanwhile Superherostuff continues to be the best at their jobs for years now! Keep it up! Your fans love you and your products!

The greatest place to go if you want to show support for your favorite Galactic Empire or if you want to be comfortable in some superhero themed socks! I first hit the sight looking for a new hat and found a treasure trove of everything from Marvel to Star Trek and found several hats that I didn't know that were out there. Been a customer ever since they had the Death Star Engineering hat and have been singing their praises whenever I can. Though one small gripe: if you have your eye set on something in a certain size, just go ahead and go for it. Cause the next time you go and get whatever, it might not be in that size next time. I'm still waiting for some Green Lantern gear to get restocked hopefully soon. But other that that my overall grade for them is: 10/10, will shop again!

I ordered a hat and was accidentally shipped the wrong size. The customer service representatives made returning my hat and getting a replacement as easy as possible. I can tell they really valued me as a customer and wanted to make it right as soon as possible. Highly recommended!

The attenttion was very fast and effective, more than i excpected. Once the information was validated, the order was realesed

Ordered a $59.99 flash work shirt from this site
For my husband for his birthday, last October(10/20), with some other things as well and it's pretty lame they only sent a $10 looking flash t-shirt instead of the men's flash work shirt. With no refund to my account or credit card. Everything else was right except the most expensive thing I bought. Also sent it seperate so pretty obvious they knew what they were doing. F RATING. The one thing I really wanted him to have and you couldn't produce. Thanks!

They are so smart with shipping. They fit all of my items in a size appropriate box. Not wasteful at all.

I ordered a green lantern sweatshirt, and not only was it quickly shipped to me, it was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend this site to anyone who loves super heroes. They have a large variety, and basically every hero/heroine you could be looking for.

Forgor to put my discount code, and sent an email asking if I could update my order. Person assisting me answer quickly and fast, which also allowed me to use my coupon code. Overall happy with customer service. Will update on review ones I get my product if anything bad or good happens.

I have ordered from them more than once, and my last order apparently got lost on it's way...
Their customer support replied very kindly and not too long after I made contact on the matter.
They right away checked with the courier for me, and once it was clear the package's location and status is unknown, they helpfully offered me either a reshipment or a refund. I chose the reshipment, and I believe I will be glad I did so, as in the past their products always turned out to be of quality!
I am sure to order from them again in the future.

Fired 80% of staff a week before Christmas. Only gives favorite employees double time as over time. The manager has mental isssues
