I somehow got redirected to US site to purchase Keto product that costs heaps more, prices are in $US but not indicated and when you try to select a lesser quantity it reverts to the largest quantity without advising you. I started on the genuine Australian site but somehow ended up on the wrong one. Putting my card details in I realised the price was incorrect but couldn't navigate away from it. Closing the page apparently continued the transaction, billing my card $183. Search of browsing history located the web address so I contacted their support, which amazingly responded within minutes. They confirmed my order was received, transaction complete and no I couldn't cancel even though less than 10 minutes had elapsed. Messages back and forth eventually resulted in a 50% discount supposedly credited back in 9 or 10 working days! I still wanted to cancel but they ended the conversation. So just wanting to warn people to continually check the address bar and security icons when doing online transactions. My lapse appears to have cost me and who knows if I'll receive the discount credit or the goods. I am normally very watchful but failed on this occasion.
Products from the correct Australian company ketobhbaustralia.com are the real deal at a decent price. The Nutri products site is dodgy as. Have advised ketobhbaustralia that a link is compromised and their "as seen on Shark Tank" statement is being used. Hope this helps someone.
