I was in doubts with Sunsky at the first time after I read all the low rating reviews about them. But I go ahead and gave a try to order in large quantities of products from them. Ms Peggy was very helpful since the day one till my products reach me in Singapore safely. It took 1 week to prepared my orders, and JUST 3 DAYS for it to reach me in Singapore... Will definitely come back for more purchases...

She helped us several times with problems of delivery and other that even sunsky doesn`t have responsibility for, helped us to find interesting solutions for goods packing, always on contact etc, so service is great! Goods from sunsky also of a good quality, very confortable that they provide pictures of them.

I have a small shop and i ordered 2 years from sunsky-online.com and I had no problem with the items what I ordered, the sales team is very reliable. I always can get my parcel within one week.
We do not recommend buying anything here wholesale and not at all retail. They sell goods that, upon receipt, do not have the parameters specified on the trade. Far worse is the handling of the shipment, send the goods to the DHL depot and immediately withdraw it back to the warehouse. Interestingly, the weight of the shipment does not match the ordered goods. They make excuses for DHL, customs, SANTU, COVID, diarrhea, etc. for anything they can think of. The truth is that they are pulling your nose and keeping your money as long as possible because they don't have any like all the shops in Red China! We owe us several thousand USD, in a few years to handle complaints about goods that did not work on delivery! So do not believe the one year warranty is zero! Candy's alleged name of the store manager is just a dull fiction bunch of fraudulent Chinese. If you want to leave money somewhere, donate it to charity and not to them!
I bought a Pocophone from them and never received the product. Their customer service was terrible and told me that it was the shipping company's fault and they won't give me a refund. They took my $250 and I have nothing now. Please don't buy anything from them.
I bought a cell phone in June 2019 and never received the product. I have already requested a refund several times and they never returned the money. Now they don't even answer my emails or messages. Total disrespect for the customer. My advice is to never buy anything from them, you will waste your time and money!

Since the receiver did not pay the local fee, So the parcel was returned or destroyed according to local policies. Our comapny havn't received the returned package so far.
