Sunrise PC Support is doing a good job in reasonable amounts. No other service provider I contacted ever has been so good in servicing and politeness. I would like to suggest others getting services from here and I am very likely to be served by these guys in future as well.
My wife was trying to transfer her Mcafee subscription to her new computer. She Google Macafee & this company popped up #1 & it said they were Mcafee. Later we found out it was a deceptive Google Adwords campaign. They claimed to be Mcafee, the told her my brand new computer had a virus & that I needed to pay them $300 to fix the problem. After realizing this was not not Macfee 5 minutes after the fact, they refused to refund my wife her money. These reviews below are fake & written by people from India! Read them out loud, it should be obvious.

I have always worked with brands, and when I heard of Sunrise PC Support, I was bit doubtful in dealing with them. But my friend enforced that I must try it once, as it is a fine remote tech providing company. On his persistence, I called them to get my PC screen problem fixed. I am so overwhelmed with the kind of support I received from them. The technicians entirely resolve the problem in less than 30 minutes, something that I thought would take quite long. Technician was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions swiftly.
