This was the doctor , Mark Francis HYNDMAN (11611 - Medical Doctor) that was trying to convert my Medicaid and to go up state on Friday April 18th 2025. On Saturday April 19th he said that he doesn't know what I am talking about. Strange.

This was the doctor , Mark Francis HYNDMAN (11611 - Medical Doctor) that was trying to convert my Medicaid and to go up state on Friday April 18th 2025. On Saturday April 19th he said that he doesn't know what I am talking about. Strange. I never met him before Friday April 18th and I never asked to be sent upstate or to convert Medicaid. I'm not suppose to have any blood work done, or any surgeries done. I am suppose to just be waiting for hospice to find a skilled nursing facility. It is Easter Weekend so it is taking longer than normal. Early this morning Sunday April 20th around 12:30 am someone came tto draw my blood but did not tell me the reason why or who ordered it. No doctor or nurse informed me of that order, plus I am only suppose to be here for placement, so I don't know why they would need to draw my blood. So the case manager at Sunrise hospital @ 3186 Maryland Parkway Las Vegas Nv, said that she sent out referrals to every hospice and every skilled nursing facility and they all denied me. The cause worker told me that. I told her that I spoke to a hospice admin and to Silver Hills Health Center today, they said that Sunrise Hospital never sent them a referral. So maybe the Case Manager is not telling the truth. Can anyone check who she contacted and who she did not contact? All I know is that someone is not telling the truth! Today is Friday April 18th, 2025. I filed multiple complaints, because I have been at Sunrise Hospital for 6 days and nothing has been done to get me into hospice. The case manager said that she sent referrals to every hospice and skilled nursing facility but they all denied me. For some reason 8 different hospice reps came to visit me today, and they all wanted to sign me to their hospice, so I think that Leslie, the Case Manager at Sunrise Hospital, lied and did not do her job. I back at the hospital again. This time I am Sunrise Hospital because West Henderson , ( I was there for 12 days. Hospital did an unsafe discharge. They throw me out the hospital with Henderson police (HP*******562 by Officer Ritchie #3057) and the West Henderson Hospital Security. This was done at the end of the business day on Friday, April 11th, 2025. They also gave me a bus pass but I can't roll my wheelchair far on level ground. I can not roll myself at all uphill or downhill. Now they did an illegal unsafe discharge at one Valley Hospital, it seems like they are trying to do it at this one. I have been at Sunrise Hospital since Sunday April 13th, 2025, today is Thursday April 17, 2025. So far I have been here for 5 days, and nothing has been done yet. Every time I call a hospice or a skilled nursing facility they tell me that the case manager/social worker from Sunrise Hospital has not sent out any referrals yet. What's going on? Ok, I know that everyone knows that I am severely disabled. I agree. That is why I stay at the hospital until they kick me out. I have not been able to stand or walk since September 2024, over 7 months ago. I can not roll far in my wheelchair on level ground. I can not roll myself at all up or downhill. So I do not know how a hospital could legally do an unsafe discharge by telling that my baseline condition has been stable which is a lie, and just give me a bus pass and tell me to leave. How am I suppose to get to the bus stop? Where am I supposed to go? I am not self independent. I can not even feed myself.
