I order on april 7 2021 and i still haven't received a date or got my packages this is the worst place to order from no customer service also

Just a rip off, really kind of pissed I fell for this one. Ordered patio lights in April, they took the money out of our account the following day. I received 2 emails stating there were delays in shipping, which is understandable under the circumstances a week later, and they've been ghosts ever since. Thieves houses should rot.
Im extremely disappointed that I placed my order almost a month ago and I've received nothing! They have no phone number and my items say shipped but have been sitting somewhere almost a month. I have received tons of emails from them trying to sell other products but I will never order again since it's taken so long. They have poor communication and terrible service!
I put a order in for a necklace for baby order it month a half ago just bearly getting it and it said came inside the states I send stuff it gets to the destination faster. If u order it will take a while to get it
Stupidity on my part, ordered the spray gun, 10 weeks ago, through Facebook, didn't check reviews.
Despite numerous emails and them saying it had been packed and was on its way, and check with post Office using the parcel number, nothing, have been Scammed... please don't use this company!
Took 4 months to received window tint and it turned out to be 2 small pieces. Don't buy from this company. Only positive reviews on website, so you can't really tell if this company is legit.
I have ordered an item from SunnyFoxy in early April this year. The money was charged immediately but we're already in June and the product still hasn't arrived yet. Also, no tracking number was given and no reply whatsoever to any of my e-mails. I did contact them for some answers and, later on, I asked for a refund. Silence was all I got.
I did get a response from Sunnyfoxy telling me to send a picture of the shipping label and what was shipped. Since then there has been no communication from their support team. I still don't have the hose coupling, so I have a partial product that won't work. VERY DISSATISFIED. If I could rate a -star i would. Going to try to get my cc to cancel the payment to them.
Scam company. They hide behind email and take your money. Sent multiple emails and could not get a phone number

I had placed an order since end January 2020, and has been paid since, up to today no package arrived, been tracking for the package but no response, also have been sending emails to the company sunnyfoxy and no reply what so ever. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY & YOU RECEIVE NOTHING. I wish I'd read reviews before i placed my order. Luckily i paid with a credit card, so I'm covered for the potential loss of money. THEY MUST BE SHUT DOWN.

Their products are nothing as advertised. I ordered a power pressure nozzle for washing, stating it would clean things in a blitz. The power of the nozzle is at most for showering plants. Total scam:-(
I order a 2 in 1 power washer more than 8 weeks now and the product is not being delivered. The post office and DHL service says the tracking number supplied is fake.

7 weeks & no product received. Emails are not being responded to. I have notified them 3 or 4 times by email to cancel order. To this I get a response order is being shipped but no valid tracking number sent. So I have been ripped off for $110.00, no product & customer service ignores my emails & they will not cancel my order telling me it's in shipment. This is a total ripoff & I will never use sunnyfoxy again! Scam, scam, SCAM!
Sent them an email within minutes of my order letting them know the address was incorrect, responded 3 days later unable to make a change. Offered no refund or compensation and I'll never get my product or money back. Don't bother, all a scam company.
