Tried to use their own cancellation policy. No response to many, many emails. Have to just wait and see if the item turns up or go through PayPal for refund. Worst customer service I've ever had.
I order on april 7 2021 and i still haven't received a date or got my packages this is the worst place to order from no customer service also
Scam company. They hide behind email and take your money. Sent multiple emails and could not get a phone number
Ordered long before Christmas, 3 cap shooters( bottle openers)
Had to buy other gifts at last minute!
Contacted SUNNYFOXY requesting my money back, email said they were in transit, they said nothing about refunding.
Have since sent 2 more emails, BOTH WITHOUT A RETURN EMAIL!
My next step is contacting the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION
To make a formal complaint!
If you have had difficulty getting results from this company, I suggest you do the same!

Bought a "Cap Shooter" bottle opener. They charged my CC immediately, it didn't ship for 6 weeks. When it finally did arrive it was a piece of junk. I bought it for a gift but it arrived too late and was too crappy to give as a gift anyway. Went on their site to submit a review, all the reviews were 4 & 5 Stars. I posted a 1 star review, it never posted. Sounds like most of the reviews were bogus
A scam. Do not use. I ordered 6 weeks ago and have chased them several times but still nothing. Now can't get my money back!
