I have bought some very nice (albeit expensive) clothing in the past from Sun Heart Boho Clothing. I recently ordered a tunic top from them that was advertised as fitting sizes Small to 5X. I am a size 2 or 3X, depending on the garment. When the item arrived, I tried it on, and it was small through the shoulders -- no way would that fit someone who wears a size 5X! I e-mailed them, explaining the situation, and asking for instructions on how to return the item. After 5 days of no response, I e-mailed them again. Still no response. My feeling is that IF they bother to reply they are going to say I waited too long to e-mail them (I waited 5 days) and that since the tunic was on sale, they will not take it back, not even exchange it. Rather than waste any more time on this, I will give it to my daughter. But I will never shop there again.

Tip for consumers:
Check their return policy before you buy, especially for sale items. Or just don't shop here.

In the past, I ordered a dress, tunics and other tops that I used and am still using. For the current order, I only ordered a tunic top and I can't use it.
One month ago I ordered two tops from this business. Got a confirmation of order. After three weeks, I looked on their website, no phone listed. I looked everywhere for one. Credit card company had an 844 number but it was not in service. I emailed twice and never got response. I called my credit card co. On 5/31 and started a dispute. They attempted to reach vendor. Finally received merchandise today and withdrew dispute. Will never buy from them again. Merchandise was fine though. I'll order next from someone who at least has a phone.
Run don't buy anything from this company. Horrible clothing, bad service. They will not help you. The company does not sell quality clothing. Be careful.
