Claim Your BusinessI just got back from a 4 day, 3 night solo tour with Sungate of the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and Cusco. There's a few things that set this agency apart. The administrators are very quick to respond to emails, and answer all your tedious questions. Not only do they provide an accurate quote, but an extremely accurate detailed itinerary, brief itinerary, and a couple of other documents to help you like tipping and what to pack. The best thing to me, though, was this tour was a mix of private, group, and independent time. With other tours I've taken, I have been guided the whole time, as I'm sure they would have if I requested. But instead I was given the opportunity to explore on my own, make me own train connections, and find my own way around, which gave me a sense of accomplishment, even if I knew I could always reach someone 24/7. There was none of the rigidity that you find with other companies. Additionally, the tour guides were all local and all well-educated. Each provided a unique perspective to Peruvian culture, and were happy to just chat about anything you wanted to. Literally, every single part of this trip went smoothly. That does not happen often, and I heard many other people complain about getting booked on the wrong train, or that their itinerary wasn't perfect. Please feel free to message me with any questions, but I promise you won't be disappointed.
