I didn't want to give any starts but this site makes you to put in a review. I thought I was on the real site for Sundolphin kayaks but was on a fake, scam site of Sundolphinstore.com saying they had 80% off on a Black Friday sale. Paid with credit card but when the last page of transaction came up paid to "Paypal Darren Edwards" and no receipt given and page ended I knew something was up. Then I went back to research and discovered what happened. Tried to first contact the fake company by their "contact" and phone numbers - all fake no one answers. This fake company provides the credit card companies a UPS Proof of Delivery (for a 3.7 lb box where a kayak should weigh around 40 lb) so the disputed charge goes to the Merchant most often. Now the real headache begins as I immediately disputed this with my credit card company Capital One and have had nothing but aggregation. I even had UPS send me the real Proof of Delivery showing that package was mailed to my city but to a totally different shipping address! I showed support to Capital One with print screens of the real Sun Dolphin website with language on their front page indicating there is a scam company using their inventory pictures. Capital One is still siting with the scam Merchant. Time to switch credit card companies? I'm still going to battle with them!
