the worst service ever for internet slow as hell connection speeds are NOT true 3G speeds in fact at best the speeds are based on 2G speeds as 2G speeds max out at 370Kbps most i ever get on Sun Cellulars crap internet is 240 Kbps the internet is heavily and seriously throttled so that they can add more and more customers to an already congested network they seriously need to shutdown their network and give it a serious overhaul add more bandwidth and add more towers at night from 8pm internet is crippled only good thing i can find about Sun's internet is its loopholes i can exploit for more youtube viewing and to add i use nonstop 50 or 100 on nonstop 50 only gives you 100MB to view youtube what a load of bullS*(& customer service is a joke if you send them a message on FB or email them with you problem give the details like phone numbe device used and your exact location they will reply and ask fo that information even tho you just provided it they do not ever get back to you with follow ups and the time they expect you to wait for a response is a joke in the real world a network provider will ask you to hold while they run a diagnostic and check tower load while you wait and a genuine provider will not need to ask your location as its already shows on their system to what tower your device is located nothing more than a bunch of corrupt crooks see picture for my current connection speedSee critical reviews
