Sunbeam

In he past year I purchased a heated mattress pad and a heating pad. Both stopped working. The mattress pad lasted 6 months, the heating pad less than 24 hours. I hav contacted customer support. Answered the questions about purchase, model number etc. I have called. I have received no reply. I don't anticipate purchasing any sunbeam products in the future.

Have never had problems with my sunbeam appliances in the past or with my current appliances. I have used sunbeam products all my life my parents used them.

I just wanted to thank you for making such a great product. I was given a stand up mixer for a wedding gift in 1971. It is still working just as good as it did the day I took it out of the box. I hope it continues to keep on mixing. I love it even though I am sure it is not the fancier model you make now it has served me and my family well. Thank you for your quality.

My Breadmaker just died (outside of Warranty).
Sunbeam do not sell parts.
Sunbeam do not not repair their products.
Into the rubbish goes my Breadmaker.
More significant waste goes to Landfill!

I placed an order on Sunbeam.ca on Nov 24 2018, since then I have not heard anything back about shipping my order. I was expecting to receive this by today to give as a birthday gift. I'm definitely not happy with your service and lack of communication. I tried several times to contact you about this through the sunbeam website to no luck.
All I get is these form email messages stating...
We have received your message and look forward to assisting you as quickly as we can. We respond to all inquiries in the order received.
At this point my order still shows as processing. I would appreciate a reason for this delay in shipment. If you can't fulfill my order then let me know so I can cancel my order and take my business elsewhere.

I wanted to return a heating pad that was still under warrantee. I contacted the company and was quickly sent instructions on how to do this. I did as I was told and my heating was replaced quickly. Communication was friendly and helpful with quick responses. Thank you for excellent customer service

About a month ago I ordered a heating pad from Sunbeam. It was longer but skinnier than normal pads. I have arthritis and ankylosis spondylitis (deterioration of the spine)
I love the heating pad. It offers different settings and allows you to set it for continuous or off in 2 hours. After I got it I looked on their site. I found one that embraces the neck, shoulders and upper back. Oh, did I mention that both of these have a 9' cord?
I am a happy camper. Got one for my 89 yo Mom.

DO NOT wash your heated blanket it WILL ruin it! Even though it says you can. Don't there not meant to be washed and it will break the heating elements.
