Summit Racing - congrats you have the worst Customer Service of any company ive ever used

So I ordered a new motorcycle helmet from Sunmmit,,,,the price including delivery was around $300! So guess what? I didnt get the helmet,,,,and my money is GONE! And the customer service people DO NOT GIVE A SH#T! Seriously,,,,,, you did NOTHING TO HELP ME! I placed the order online,,,,and immediately noticed that Summit had the wrong address,,,,and so i contacted summit customer support using their message system,,,,it was after hours so i only got an automated response,,,,,,,,,but still Summitt did nothing,,,,,,,later i got a message that 'we CANT CHANGE ADDRESSES,,,,(Which is total Bs,,, what do you mean you cant change the address? I just placed the order 5 minutes ago,! ARE YOU TRYING TO TELL ME YOU RECIEVED THE ORDER AND THEN SHIPPED WITHIN 5 MINUTES? DONT BE RIDICULOUS! NEXT THEYRE TELLING ME "PAYPAL DOESNT ALLOW US TO CHANGE THE ADDRESSES? WTF? Tell me something,,,,,does Summit own and run Summit Racing? Or did paypal buy it? I BOUGHT A HELMET FROM SUMMIT RACING,,,NOT PAYPAL! And their next comment was - 'WE CAN ONLY CANCEL AN ORDER:"...Okay let me get this straight...YOU KNEW THE ORDER HAD THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS? CORRECT? I NOTIFIED SUMMIT THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SYSTEM,...AND NOW YOURE TELLING ME THAT YOUR ORDER SYSTEM IS SO HORRIBLE AND F#CKED UP...THAT AND ORDER CAN NEVER BE CHANGED OR EDITED ONCE PLACED? THATS THE DUMBEST SH#T I EVER HEARD OF...OK,,,SO THE Last thing this useless customer service person told me was,,,, 'WE CAN ONLY DELETE ORDERS'',,,,OK COOL So you deleted my order then right? "no you have to contact us to delete and order"... so let me see if i can understand you clearly,,,,,-- So you knew my order had the wrong shipping address,...right? I mean i sent that notification message stating that fact within seconds of placing my order,,,,and even though as you say {"we can only cancel orders.,,,and of course thats a ridiculous respnse,,,,,,so instead of Canceling my order,,,,,you figured that the best thing for '"CUSTOMER SERVICE" to do,,,,was NOTHIING? You figured that i was just giving away free motorcycle helmets to people i dont know?i

I received a damaged part after waiting 11 months for it!

On November 27th of 2021 I placed an order online for almost $1000. 00 worth of parts that I paid for when I completed the order, which included a bunch of sheet metal parts for a 1964 Chevelle Malibu SS... included in this order was both rear quarter panels (GMK-4030-600-64L and GMK-4030-600-64R)... the driver's side arrived at the Summit Racing store located in Tallmadge Ohio around April 20th (2022), I received a card in the mail telling me I had until a certain date to come pick up the part... 2 days prior to the deadline on the card I was getting ready to go to SR to pick up the driver side rear quarter panel, but prior to leaving my house I checked online under my order status, and both rear panels had been canceled off of my order without anyone ever contacting me prior to doing this cancelation... I raced to the Tallmadge Retail Store in hopes that no one had managed to place an order on MY rear quarter panel, and luckily it was still there, and I paid for it, and at the same time I had them re-order the passenger side rear quarter panel that they had canceled off my first order from November of 2021... we'll, on 10/13/2022 I was extremely excited to finally receive another card in the mail telling me that the passenger side panel had finally arrived (11 months after I originally placed an order for it!) today I drove to the Tallmadge Retail Store to pick up my order, there was a Halloween event going on, so I went in and paid, then my son and I went outside to walk around and check out the cars in the parking lot... when we had finished our rounds I went back in to get my order, the box was sitting in the corner to the left of the pick-up counter, I gave my invoice to someone behind the counter and walked over to the box, he followed, I commented that the box had obviously been opened, and asked if they had checked the part to see if there was any damage, he said yes, and that it was good to go... so I said I'll trust you, let's just get it loaded up... when I got home and brought the box inside, I opened the box to check the part for any damage, and by the time I had finished looking at it, I would have to say that I was completely pissed off, not only because the pick-up clerk clearly lied to me, but because I had waited 11 months for this part and the condition it arrived to me in, was totally unacceptable, and if I didn't know any better, I would almost believe that they re-boxed the part, because the damage to the part does not fit the condition of the box it was given to me in! The following pictures show the damage in several places on the part, most of which I could probably repair myself, but the large dent and crease in the side of the quarter panel just behind the door opening might be a little out of my range of expertise in this situation... great job Summit Racing, thanks for screwing me over again!
Just an FYI, new body replacement panels shouldn't arrive to the customer this beat up... especially after taking 11 months to get it to me!

Tip for consumers:

expect extended deliver times, expect to be given the run-around by customer service, expect damaged parts to arrive, and expect them to arrive way past reasonable deliver times!!!
