Placed an order and my card was charged immediately along with a $10 shipping fee added to my $15 6oz bag of dog treats. No confirmation, no tracking number, no response to my emails, no one to answer the "support"line. Should have seen the red flags. No physical address, just a P. O. Box Cheap loooking site full of typos Faceless, anonymous staff Support number looks like a burner

I love Summer's Paw. They have proven to be a dependable vendor that offers reasonably priced, quality products. Plus the have super speedy delivery. That keeps me on the good side of my little dog.

Hi John,

You placed your order on Sunday afternoon, Jul 17,2022 2:52:44 PM. We processed and shipped your order the next day on Monday. You received your order 2 days later on Wednesday (3 days from the day you ordered).

Our system automatically and immediately sends out order and shipping confirmations. It might have ended up in your spam or junk box. We admit we responded to your email inquiry late because your email ended up in our spam box. We apologize for that.

We even attempted to call the number you registered with the order. The person whom answered claimed he is NOT John S. And that he never placed an order nor left a review for Summer's Paw.

Let's look at this objectively and analyze your review line by line:

You got your package 3 days after you placed your order yet you still claim our business is a "Scam business. Beware".

We reviewed our phone logs and did not find your number on it which indicates you never called us yet you claim we never answered your "call".

Chewy also does NOT provide any address of their facilities. All they provide is a contact number or direct messaging option. According to your logic that would mean they are a "scam business".

Wow!? Most of our customers love our site. Its your opinion but please point out the "typos" you claim to have seen. You seem to make this PERSONAL rather than providing a review that is objective based on your shopping experience with us.

What red flags? We have a TrustPilot rating of over 400+ satisfied customers with 95% EXCELLENT rating and 4% GREAT rating.

Have you met any Chewy staff ever in person?

How would you know? You never called us. It seems like your INTENT was to write a negative review in the first place and you wrote the same review on two other sites.

Do you know what is a RED FLAG? We called your number and the person whom answered claimed he is NOT John S. And that he nevered placed an order nor left a review for Summer's Paw.

I don't know if you understand what you're doing because technically from a legal standpoint what you're doing is considered libel, i. E., making obviously false claims attacking our company's reputation while not stating fact.
