For this order, appears to have gone ghost.
My order for November 7,2020, was never received, although the payment was charged to my account. No response to multiple emails amd calls, including one relayed from PayPal.
Something is wrong and apparently it happened suddenly.

This product is simply coming from overseas, it's not made in the Texas as stated. Having received the product, they were lazy and decided to overlap the new shipping label over the old. Very sneaky business which will not honor refunds.

Ordered at the end of July and again in August (stupidly)... never received order and never got a refund either. Tried emailing and calling, but no response. This website is a TOTAL SCAM. Please don't get fooled like I did.

I placed an order for soap at the end of September. My card was promptly charged, but I have not yet received my order (or received a shipping confirmation for that matter.) Despite numerous calls and emails, I have never even heard back from them. I have had to dispute this with my credit card company. Please do your research and do not attempt to purchase anything from this site.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and never received a product or shipping information. I tried contacting them multiple times over phone (left 2 voicemails), emails (to their 2 different accounts), and their web form. Have not received a response! Sad because I've ordered from them in the past, I'm sad that it is now just a scam.

I ordered on in October. Have not received shipping info or the product. Sent an inquiry to their customer service. Crickets! Complained to Pay Pal. No real help there. Do not order from this company! EVER! Should their products ever show up on Amazon where I used to purchase their soap from you can bet I will boycott any of their products! RIPOFF!

Purchased a large quantity for a benefit fund raiser for my son's school and paid hundreds of dollars and never received the product or a refund. I emailed multiple times and asked for a response and never received one. This is a fraudulent business run by scumbags. I hope they rot in hell.

Ordered at end of April. Took money out account. Never received products. Sent email. Never had response back. Sent another email and voice message may 26th. I previously ordered through Walmart and received within 2 weeks. There was a business card in order so I figured I would order directly from them since family says it was helping their face. Never received. No calls. No email. Only money taken out of account.

DO NOT ORDER. If you did contest it with your payment processor immediately.
They should not be allowed to keep their site up and accept payment for any orders.
You will not be able to contact them you will not get your order.

I also ordered sulfur soaps from this company and never received the product. After several emails and phone calls they never responded. It was taken out of my credit card account as well.

Bad customer service. They never answer their phone or emails and have taken my money. I already emailed them multiple times to cancel my order and that have not gotten back to me. SCAM

Great company with reliable products. Really helped my skin I have mild psoriasis and this TSAL soap really helps I am also acne prone. Customer for 15 years. Highly recommend!
