Easy, simple to follow link, all looks professional. I only had problems with the original link i clicked on only had the class name it didnt give me date information. After i closed it and clicked on the link sent, which was sent after i paid for the class, then it gave me the details.
When I initially registered I did not receive the email with the link to the webinar as the instructions said. I contacted customer service about this and 24 hours later I received an email with the link. Great customer service. Thank you
Well I have been doing voices for over 40 years and it fascinates me to hear if I can mimic voices and accents that I like whether because they're different or weird or cool or even mean and threatening to a jovial laugh from the gut so because of my experience and not doing anything about it continues to frustrate my intelligence which then gets challenged by a company like you but this time you made it very easy for me to take my first step so thank you very much. You just helped the next Mel Blanc be known to the world. Soon the next step for me and the next tears of exostive bellowing for mankind. Hehe!
Everything was pretty good. The website is sometimes a little unclear about nexts steps though. Like, take the webinar and then learn how much the courses will cost (I assume?) and next steps. I dont know. Its been a pretty positive process though.
It was easy to navigate to the information. The details provided were clear. I'm looking forward to the webinar.
I felt like the outline questions to be answered that i received via email did not fulfill the web class i viewed.
Plus i paid 6.95 for the pre-recoreded class, got a message could have gotten the information for a dollar after i signed up
Mostly why i signed up was for a free voice evaluation.here is the truth...i get that everyone is looking to make money of their expertise and experience and i am wiling to pay for that valuable service and loved the energy of the instructor but i am 52 years old unemployed by an industry that is becoming obsolete
I just want honesty and the evaluation promised...God bless an appreciate the inspiration i got with Evan today!
I had the opportunity to hear some student voice demos in a Such A Voice webinar. I have been listening to student demos across the web from various Voice Talent Development companies. These are by far the best demos I have heard, in terms of both the talent and the overall production value.
I have spoken with Brian Thon and he says I have REAL talent and he mentioned about working with me for my monthly payment for classes demos etc...so now, I am working towards that goal since funds are very slim right now! I just signed up for a webinar with Dan Levine I believe he name is for Wednesday. I am very excited and this is an opportunity I've only wished for so I'm working really hard to make this a success!
Well I was having trouble with me getting into a Webinar back 2 weeks ago and it didn't let. However I'm so excited that there's another Webinar going on Thursday May 25 at 6:00pm and I'll be there.Thank you so much for Such a Voice and I really can't wait.
Haven't heard back from customer service regarding my email but it has only been a couple of hours so was not able to give a not applicable answer to the question about customer service
Subject -- the phone number I entered is not a mobile phone -- it is a landline -- I do not have a mobile phone -- how does the webinar work -- do I need to hook up a mike to the computer so you can get a feel for my voice or do you call me? -- not much information on how the webinar is to proceed.
Thank you,
Jo-Anne Haring
I am very well pleased with the outcome of the phone call I had with Ms. Moffitt. She was nice and curtious and took time to make sure all of my questions were answered I am looking forward to my future and career with you all thank you for everyrhing
Had no problem signing up, I am retiring next month and looking to start a career and work when I want. I am always told that I have a great voice and ready to try my hand. Right now I have no space to build a studio. I hope you can give advice on where I can Studio times herre in Sacramento, CA.
Thanx!
I had scheduled the webinar for this evening 6-5 but received a cancellation notice which I did not request. I asked if it was just cancelled today or all week and was advised the webinar is still being held. Not sure why I received a cancellation if it is still being held.
I went to rebook and it was full. Now I have to wait another week which at this point I am not sure if I will bother with.
I registered for a class and received a confirmation email with the date and time that I had selected. That email was followed by two more emails indicating that I still needed to confirm my class registration. When trying to follow the prompts, the time and date that I had previously selected was not available to reconfirm. I responded to Will Kamp with this issue as well as a question as to how do I access the class at my appointed time.
I am very pleased to find Such a Voice and get signed up for the webinar and a consultation in the next week. I am in need of some objectivity in my audiobook narration and so far i have recorded 10 books through ACX.
Thank you,
Stacey
I've seen the ads in Facebook, and I have been meaning to check Such a Voice out for over a year. Signing up for the class was easy, as was picking a timesolt for the class. I am looking forward to the webinar.
I liked how it was easy and convenient to register for the webinar's. I was waiting for the host to login for 25 minutes and I wasn't sure what was going on and if I did everything I could I will try this again
It was a VERY easy process to register. The only suggestion I would make is that at the last point of registration where it listed The times, I believe they're all listed in central time. So for instance I signed up for the 11 AM Pacific time webinar but the registration said 1 PM central time. Some people might find that a bit confusing but I figured it out.
I had some trouble logging in. Started again and then it worked itself out. I think it might have been a little early for the customer service team! No worries.
Your interface was too busy and unnecessisarily complicated. (I don't have my specs on. I hope the typos are enjoyable)
I signed up for April 5 The time I chose was 8pm PDT. I then was supposed to enter my info again to confirm my reservation, way odd, and there was an 8:30 class but no 8n.'. Check the things match.
I hope this helps.
