I also appreciate that the services offered beyond the webinar are presented as more of an invitation, rather than a "hard sell." First and foremost, your web presence is first rate and shows a professional intent. On the other hand, I left several voice mails regarding questions on your advertised program enrollment options, which left me concerned due to lack of response. Thousands of dollars is a major investment and when questions/concerns regarding such an investment go unanswered, it raises obvious issues that may a lead a prospective client to think otherwise.
Since my first encounter with your organization, I have had all my questions answered and plan to move forward in the pursuit of a career in voice over; with your organization.
FYI... as used in your survey, the term "shopping" experience could be looked upon as misleading. One may think that your monetary intent, out ways your attempts for unfiltered, genuine comment. Just a thought.

Actually I contacted and left a message with Ruben. The reason I delayed taking the webinar until August 31 is because I need to know what type of device is required? I only have an iPad Air and an Apple iPhone. My computer system is an OS X Mac which of my son tells me it's not enough speed to do a zoom. Zoom app does not work with any of my current new devices. It said the Internet was the way it was available. But please let me know. I can always possibly borrow my sons computer. Which I totally realize that I will definitely need updated systems to possibly perform voiceover.

Only issue was I had to wait a few days until seminar dates were opened up for the times in the future I could attend. Not your fault...I just signed up too far ahead of when I was available for the seminar.
Just getting started... after a bit of sorting through the various emails I was able to view the introduction by Brian Thon. Made a lot of sense and I'm looking forward to the first webinar next week..
I am delighted to learn about Such a Voice and have the opportunity to take the upcoming webinar. My only comment about your site is that it was surprisingly slow. I had to log in several times before things began to work correctly and quickly. I have a PC, not a mac, so no idea why it was difficult. Looking forward to the possibilities.
A little overwhelming, with so many emails. And confusing, since I live in Arizona, and there wasn't a choice at the end for AZ time, so I didn't know if my seminar was for 8:00 AM or 7:00 AM, AZ time.
I've had a pretty successful VO career in the past, including my own radio show and working with an On-Hold company, recording at their office. I do not have my own recording equipment, though, and wonder if I'm going to be able to get VO work now without it. Can you answer that question, please?

It was a great sign up process and very easy to follow, however something came up and I needed to reschedule.
I couldn't find the reschedule option so I had to cancel my first appointment and make another. Unfortunately, this charged my bank account twice. It would have been nice to have a rescheduling option, if I didn't somehow miss it if it's there already. Otherwise everything was great, and I'm looking forward to my lesson.
Watched some video promos and decided to register for the introductory class. Easy! Waiting to start my class this afternoon!
My overall experience went smoothly. There was a slight glitch in my getting access to schedule my spot for the webinar but it was corrected in minutes and I'm good to go!

The process was fast and easy...yet slightly confusing. It seemed that I might've signed up for more events than I paid for. Nonetheless, I was satisfied with the efficiency and speed at which I could get registered.
Mr. Thon was personable, gave pertinent insight and was engaging. The video kept coming in and out (dark/light). Toward the end, the tracking/audio got messed up and kept stuttering, making the last 15-20 minutes hard to follow.
It was fast and efficient. Very helpful and straight forward. Wonderful experience.
They indicated appointments in evening then only had 4pm slots when I am at work. I emailed and got no response to my issue. I went ahead and emailed and made appt. In hopes I can find a way to do it. I really want to be part of this training.
Quite a few emails sent on the 14th (when I signed up for purchases) 14 total.
Caused quite a bit of confusion. Max followed up and helped resolve my discombobulation.:)

SO far I am very impressed. All my adult life people have said to me "you have a great voice, you should do commercials". My response was always the same..."I'd love to, can you help me?" Invariably the answer was no. I am excited to have found your website and am looking forward to the webinar this Monday.
I had difficulty with your website. I was not able to complete the form or select a script because neither appeared though the video continued. I emailed Wendy Shapero who emailed me the form and I was able to schedule and complete my evaluation.
Ms. Shapero invited me to attend Such a Voice training and we scheduled a follow up call for Sunday afternoon. I received the alert emails prior to the scheduled call but then never received a call and still have heard nothing else via phone or email.
I must say I'm very perplexed. The Such a Voice website and ratings seem on point, but my experience with the company leaves with no confidence in its professional.
I like what you have to offer me it seems to be good. But it is looking that this business is leaning toward
Of being over saturated and you will have to be very lucky to get any jobs. But of course I could be wrong

Signed up for a webinar, looking forward to that. Great content in their website. I like the fact that they have coaches, business, and technical people to help you out. I live in Houston, so I am hoping to find a coach to work one on one with.
My experience with suchavoice.com so far has been exceptional. They have been professional, helpful and courteous with me. They set up my 'webinar' session for the day after I contacted them. I am new to all of this, and I really think that they can help me succeed.
