I was having issues (I thought) with receiving the email, with the link to the webinar. I placed a call to Steve. He responded within a hour. Wonderful customer service!

My shopping experience was fine. There aren't very clear instructions on how to actually join the webinar on the scheduled day. I'm assuming I follow the link in the invite?

I hadn't had any previous experience with suchavoice.com, though I'm thankful that it will point me in the right direction of becoming a professional voice actor.

It was very easy, and the questions were well tuned to real situations. I have just finished my first demo reel, so this particular webinar is key.

For a newcomer things can get kind of confusing sometimes, but the process was simple and easy. Looking foreword to the event.
