There were issues selecting the correct debit card when paying. The selection would default to a different card than the one I was trying to select.

Overall a simple process for start to finish. The only improvement I could think of is to add a 'company' field in the registration page; optional of course.

First time I signed up I had a choice of webinar conductors, also the platform seemed to be a little different than the second time. Is that normal?

It was fast and efficient. Very helpful and straight forward. Wonderful experience.

The shopping experience was great however there was only one product to purchase which was access to more information. The process was quick and I received a prompt response after the purchase.

Scheduling a workshop date and time went well. I was surprised there were so many to choose from; and I was elated to see there were weekend slots too.

I reached out to enquire if I am able to access the training via my mobile phone as I am unable to gain access to a desktop computer. I am yet to receive a response on this.
