Wow! I am duly impressed! Last night I wrote a negative review of SubscriptionAddiction regarding a tardy subscription to The New Yorker. Turned out The magazine reverted to a previous address of mine, not the one entered in the subscription order of Dec. 2016. NOT SubscriptionAddiction's fault at all! Apparently, All has been taken care of; I have been given credit for the unreceived issues. I am truly impressed and elated that in this hectic world an online business was so very responsive and helpful. Thank you to all who rectified this situation. And sorry I over-reacted. A phone call on my part would have been smarter. Thanks again!
Ordered in October for a friend going through chemo. She just let me know not one magazine had been received. Tried to call the company at least 10 times today, not once was a call answered or message returned. Totally frustrated and so bitterly disappointed. Suggest a buyer goes elsewhere.
I ordered a magazine for my home bound father. Nothing has yet to arrive and when I contact them they just state the obvious. Yes you have a subscription that started on x day of x year. They never help with getting the subscription going or crediting my account. Its too late to dispute. I would stay far away from this company. You will spend countless hours trying to get what you paid for.

Days after i placed an order on this site, my credit card company called about fraudulent activity and i started receiving all sorts of shady spam email. Either they sold me information or they got hacked. Either way i'll never do business with them again.

I wanted to appreciate this discount magazine service. And initially I was pleased. I paid $35 for a pack of 4 magazine subscriptions which is pretty cheap. Things were fine until end of December 2020. I never received any of my January 2021 issues.
Therefore, I sent an email to them to let them know that I have not received the January issues. I never got any reply because the email bounced back; it was working fine last year, however.
I sent another email to their main email address; it took them two days to reply. And the person who replied was pretty surly-never apologized for the delivery issue nor acknowledged me as a valued customer nor by name. In fact, their tone was 'surly' and defensive as if they were doing me a grand favor by checking into the problem I am experiencing with their faulty magazine service!
I also made the mistake of ordering from them again for a "Labor Day Doorbuster" cheap magazine package. Again same issue with inconsistent delivery as with my other order.
Thus, I do not recommend getting sucked in to their so-called cheap deals since it'll cost more in the end. And there is no good customer service at all. My advice: Don't bother with ordering anything from Subscription Addiction unless you want to prepay for a ton of issues and get totally lousy service.
I have ordered from other discount magazine sites and never had a problem with delivery nor customer service. Same thing when I have ordered directly from the individual magazines themselves I've never had problems with customer service and delivery.
Avoid Subscription Addiction!
I've been ordering my US Weekly renewals every year through this website. If you order directly through US Weekly, you'll pay upwards of $50 or more for just one year. Through SubscriptionAddiction.com I can get a year of US Weekly for only $35, and they've always been real good about starting my renewals when my other year expires. Never have had any problems whatsoever, and have been ordering through them for over 3 years now. The $35 deal is usually a special that they email me about, so it may not always show up on their site. So, just be sure you get on their email list!
I found it cheaper to buy magazines from this website than by going directly to the company.
subscriptionaddiction.com sells magazine subscriptions for all major magazine publications such as cosmopolitan, star, O magazine, muscle and fitness.
Will,
We are in fact the real deal. We researched your order from 12/7/2016 for The New Yorker. We contacted them directly today, and even though our order was sent to their system with your new and correct mailing address, they decided to revert your mailing address to an old address they had on file. I asked them to update your mailing address ASAP, and they said it would take effect with the March 13th issue. Since your subscription started with the January 16th issue, They have issued you a 2 month credit for mishandling your delivery. You will now receive one full year starting from the March 13th issue. I hope that we have satisfactorily resolved your delivery complaint today.
