I paid for my over in June. Hadn't received it by the end of July so I asked for a refund. Kept getting the I'm sorry for the delay we are working on your refund. Finally got a response from the accounts department in September saying I would have my refund within seven days. She also told me a story about how she "dropped the ball" on my refund because her mother had recently passed away and she wasn't coping. Of course I had empathy for her situation and responded kindly saying I understand. I feel like this is a very low thing to do and I will never be buying from them again. They should be ashamed of themselves for using this tactic.
I wish I had seen this site before I used this company.
My complaint is much like those below:
My order was not received within the agreed delivery terms
I then cancelled my order and was advised I would receive a refund
My refund was not received within their stated refund policy
When chasing up again I too received an email that I would receive my refund within 1- 5 business days
It is now well past that time frame and still chasing my refund
And of course, they only way you can contact them is by online chat - they will not call you.
I have since discovered the reason why they take so long to deliver orders (if at all), is because they compile all orders and only place one order per month so they don't have to pay for multiple shipments.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I ordered over $400 of items on 29th Jun 2015 and as they had not arrived after five weeks was granted a refund on 9th August. After four weeks the refund request was finally received by the accounts department saying that it had been processed and allow 1-6 business days for it to appear in my account. It has now been 10 business days and I still have not received my refund. I will be lodging a chargeback form with my bank who will reverse the charge and hopefully I will get my money back. Like others, I will also be lodging a complaint with the ACCC/consumer affairs about this company. They need to be shut down immediately.
Orderered items on the 27/7/15 on the preorder. My invoice stated 21 business days delivery. When I contacted them they gave me the run around stating that it is between 4-8 weeks delivery. Still heard nothing so cancelled my order on the 30/8/15 and it is now the 10/9/15 and I'm still getting the run around about my refund. Disgusting service, ongoing lies and promises from them yet nothing. I am going to make a complaint to department of consumer affairs. I could've purchased from overseas and had better service and would've received my garment or refund by now. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
It is now the 8/10/15 and I'm still waiting for my refund and they still are not answering my emails... seriously why is this company still allowed to operate?
Ordered in February. Still haven't received goods or refund over 6 months later despite many, many promises.
If I could give a minus score I would. I ordered 6 months ago... by month 4, (after being screwed around, told to please be patient, orders on its way etc etc) I asked for a refund. 2 months later and I'm STILL waiting! I contact them weekly, get told some bull story that my refunds being processed, please wait 3-5 working days etc. Still nothing!

I ordered 4 2 in 1 tops on 4th of June, thought id have plenty of time for my order to arrive by my birthday at end of June. How wrong was I, a month later messaged to see where order was, was told it wasn't in yet. 2 weeks later I contacted them again and was told they had sold out but shipment had been sent and my order was "priority". Messaged again shipment had come in but no one in warehouse but would get sorted. Still no parcel weeks later, demanded a refund waited 10 days still nothing, a week later it is in a cue. This whole issue went on for 3 long months. I ended up going to Consumer affairs, got my full refund yesterday. I WOULD NOT recommended this company to anyone. Writing this review as I do not want anyone to have to go through the crap I did with this company.
Like all the other reviewers my experience with Stylish Plus was terrible. Firstly they do not have a phone number for you to talk to a real person. All communication is directed through the online chat. This should ring alarm bells. I didn't do any research before ordering with them. I am so disappointed that this company is allowed to operate in Australia. There website appears genuine and professional. They DO NOT stock any of the products advertised. They DO NOT ship within 21 business days. Every communication with them regarding my order was a generic response. I never receive follow up communication as promised. Eventually they promised a refund in full. That was over 6 weeks ago and nothing. I contacted my bank and explained the situation and they have credited the transaction. I hope nobody else has to go through the stress I experience dealing with these people. Shame on you Stylish Plus for taking advantage of hard working honest people.
I recently posted a review about how Stylish Plus Australia is a fraudulent company that scams people. In short, they don't honour orders or refunds. Surprise, surprise! Site Jabber is now full of glowing, positive reviews, but nearly all of them are in broken, disjointed English. Obviously these have been created by the Asian scam-artists operating this rip-off scheme as a counter-measure, and they're trying to con more innocent people into losing their money. Don't be conned!
Don't buy from this company! I purchased an outfit at the beginning of May - waited the 21 days and asked for a update on my order as it was for my hens night in JULY (I assumed I had plenty of time up my sleeve) They said its in transit to the warehouse and will leave them by the middle of next week. The lady I was dealing with said she would follow up but low and behold no outfit and no follow up. So I contacted them again and the lady said that the outfit was on back order and they don't know when it will get to me. I requested a refund and went out and bought another outfit as it was close to my hens night in JULY! I was told I would receive my refund within 10 working days. Waited that time and surprise surprise no money. It's now the middle of August and I'm still emailing them for my money.
Placed my order 24th may 15 and still haven't received my order. I contact them every week and get the same response, it's on its way. I have informed the warehouse and your order is urgent blah blah blah. By the looks of the reviews, looks like I wont get my money back. And the website looks so good, soooooooo disappointed.
I waited months for an ordered and then months for a refund. If they don't return your money after 2 weeks, don't bother waiting for them, open a dispute with paypal.
Ordered a skirt on 17th May 2015... long story short. Still no skirt and today is the 2/8/15. After 5 emails and many lies I was told I would receive a full refund. No apologies, no explanation and when I commented on this Anne said she only answered direct question! Great customer service NOT. Icing on the insults... still no refund. I rate the whole experience NADA, ZILCH, ZERO.

I also ordered one top worth over $50 back in March - I got sick of waiting and sick of the excuses (pallets damaged by flooding, orders not leaving the warehouse when they were supposed to, blah, blah, blah. The first time I asked for a refund I was told I'd have to pay a "re-stocking fee" because the loss of the pallet of stock was not their fault. I decided to wait a bit longer to get the goods. By July they still had not arrived (with more excuses), so I asked for a refund again. They were not really apologetic, rather they just agreed I had waited a long time and said they had decided to issue a refund. It's now August and still no refund. I put in a complaint through Paypal today. Thank goodness for Paypal! What makes me feel really stupid is that I hadn't noticed until today (after reading reviews here) that the name that is shown next to the staff members photo with whom I have been communicating is "Stella", but she has been signing her messages to me as "Shella" - someone who doesn't even know their own name, or just a scam? My bet is on a scam. And I am suspicious of the good reviews on here - most likely written by them. Don't waste your money.
I feel niave that I didn't google this company first. $550 order never turneded up. I have been chasing them for months to get a refund. Just keep putting me off. Thanks for the Paypal tip, I will be taking that approach.

I did an online order with the company and after 24 working days had not received it or heard anything. I them rang and got told the warehouse was waiting on the items to arrive. I then find out that the order was placed with the supplier 6 weeks after I ordered and paid. I then complained to them as was told I could have a store credit. I asked why my order was not placed straight away and they evaded the question. I asked them 3 time and then requested someone call me to discuss and of course no call I have now lodge a complaint with Fair trading. I would never use these people again as I still don't have my items or my money back.
My first order with this company was excellent but the second order - dreadful. After 2 months I finally went through PayPal to get a refund. As soon as I lodged a complaint through the resolution centre i got a reply from Stylish Plus and a refund.
Please everyone contact PayPal and get your problem sorted that way if you used PayPal.
This company is BOGUS! I purchased three items in early May Its now the 13th of July and after multiple communication with them where they kept promising that they would be sent to me shortly (even after i requested it to be cancelled where i was informed they couldn't do that) even being informed last week that the back order had come in and it would be sent out to me asap they cancelled it without any communication and even when I contacted them they cut me off with know explanation as to what happen to the order. Don't waste your time or money on this company. I have now place a complaint with fair trade.
I ordered clothes for $150 and they NEVER DELIVERED AND HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY! This has been going on for 2 months now! DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I wish I had read the reviews before I threw $400+ down the drain! They don't deliver, they seem like a legitimate company, good web-site on-line help line, albeit staffed by ditsy dunder heads. They don't seem to think that there is anything wrong with taking people's money (very promptly indeed) not delivering, not apologising, not rectifying problems. I will file a complaint with the ACCC and with Paypal. They should be banned. I can't believe they are still in business, they wont get any more of mine.
