I ordered one top back mid August. It is now mid November and still nothing. I have sent emails but haven't received any replies. Recently I wanted to send another email and wanted to see if I could get a number from their website, however, their website is non existent anymore and instead a box pops up asking for a password. They are situated in Gosford and after extensive internet searching I have found their location. I will be phoning them and will even pay a visit to see what in God's green earth is taking so long.
Please do not waste your money on their clothing.
I bought a vest back at tax time from Stylish Plus, haven't received it still & it is now November. When I asked for a refund they said I would only recieve 40% back, so I left it. Went to check a couple of weeks later & now my order is non existant. I filed a dispute with PayPal & have shared as much as I can on Facebook about how dodgy they are. Hope no one else wastes their money!
One bathing suit. 11 weeks later still nothing. Cruise done and dusted. Money taken from my account as soon as order placed. Going on to 12th week and still no product. Have an email from them promising they will look into my order and follow closely. Still nothing. Cannot get onto website. Says THS coming soon. This needs to be escalated and investigated. I'm lucky, I only spent $79, I'm thinking of all the other poor people who have been ripped off for hundreds and hundreds of dollars. We want answers.
Like the other reviewers, these guys are scammers. I've now posted a complaint with PayPal. Lets see how those big boys treat Stylish Plus. Also when you go to the Stylish Plus website, they're about to open another website. Look out peeps!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Placed and order back in june 2015... waited and waited and waited for my dress to arrive. Got in contact with stylish plus to be told that my garment was out of stock awaiting arrival from aupplier. Months went passed... still nothing... i have been in contaced with them regarding my problem and demanded a full refund.
I have been waiting for my refund for 2 months! I have been in contact and was told that the accounts manager's mother had passed away blah blah blah and this is why the refund was delayed. I am still waiting for my refund and we are now in November... I have emailed them twice this week without a Reply. I will be taking them to consumer affairs!

I have spent $400.00 with Stylishplus and i have sent many messages and they just kept promising,,, oh yes, you will have your delivery in 2 weeks and i now have come to the conclusion i have lost my well earned money money... dont go near their website, they are corbut. What sort of company are they, they are a bunch of CROOKS.
Purchased a dress in December 14, still hadn't arrived by Feb 15 so they issued me with a Credit Note - they wont refund. I used the credit note as well as paypal to purchase another dress in May it still hadn't arrived by August. It is now November and they now will not respond to my emails or live chat. I have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading as well as 2 disputes with paypal.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased from them. They are total scammers.
This is an absolute disgusting and disgraceful company who take money and don't provide ANY products.
I wish I had of done a thorough search on their reputation before making a nearly $500 purchase. This was 4 months ago and I have received nothing and can't get my money back.
They come back with excuse after excuse then ignore emails.
They put a lot of effort into ensuring they look professional on their website but the instant they get your money it is all down hill.
I have now heard so many stories and it is disgusting. I am going to do what it takes to expose these frauds.
My order was originally placed in March website states 21days I waited over 2mths to only get part of the Order emails back & forth most times emails not getting responded too finally staff Member Ella said I would get a refund in August still waiting now I can't even get a reply to my emails no more live chat on there website now I've put it a complaint to ACCC.
I ordered in january 2015 and finally got part of my order 3 months later. Some were sold out! Took about 20 emails and most of the stuff was cheap looking and strange sizing. I returned them thinking I'd get a refund. Wrong! I had to reorder more crap just to use up my $150. Im still waiting for the order.
I made a purchase from Stylish Plus orginally on the 15/06/2015 - or $106 order number. This dress was to big so I returned it and Stylish Plus issued a credit note (they do not do refunds!) of $96.06. I then made a purchase of another dress on the 23/07/2015 using the $96.06 + $3.94 = $100. I have never received the second order. I have contacted Stylish Plus on many occasions via the internet (they don't have a public phone number!) To start with they assured me that the dress would be delivered by 12/09 well within their timelines. Then after the 12/09 they still advised it would be delivered. Since then I have contacted them weekly for a refund of the total cost. Aprroximately 2 weeks ago they said the money would be refunded to me, but as of today this still hasn't happened!
If anyone has been lucky enough to get their money back please let me know how you did it?
I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC and through PayPal.

I wish I saw this site before buying from stylish plus. I made a $160 order on the 25th of Feb 2015 and didn't receive it. I have asked for a refund for months and have heard the same response of I will get our accounts manager to email you when she is online. Still nothing has been done so am making a claim through PayPal. I will be lodging a complaint to consumer affairs in regard to this company. They are nothing but Scammers and need to be shut down.
Like many other reviews, Stylish Plus took my orders but did not supply. Placed 2 orders in Jan and Feb 2015, now October-15 and no refund. I have sent many emails for the last 8 months, got promises but no action, also contacted by Melody in Accounts, she also gave me the "story about her Mum passing away", but realise now my sympathy was wasted on a liar. Cannot get anyone to respond to my emails now, nothing since 7th Sept.
Do not buy from these totally unethical people, Stylish Plus are frauds.
This company should be shut down by consumer affairs. Nearly 3 months ive been waiting for my order and keep getting vague and non - specific email replies. Im so angry! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
You order items in good faith, they take your money and do not send your goods. They are wonderful at ignoring emails/chat. Avoid at all costs
I am so sorry that I did not find this website prior to my placing an order for 4 items valued at $358. The order was placed on 28th Feb. I ordered a dress for a wedding and even though it said delivery in 3 weeks I had a second wedding in late April that I would wear the dress to if it didn't arrive in time for the first. The order did NOT arrive for either wedding. Excuses like the warehouse was flooded, customs wont release the order etc. 1 item was out of stock and I received a refund for $35.
On June 1st the rest of my order arrived - the dress was ok. The other 2 items were not the items I ordered. After contacting them I was told to return the items and a full refund would be given. The items were returned on June 4th and I was able to use the tracking number provided to track the items to the Post office on June 5th.
After many months of communication Stylish Plus say they did not receive the items even though the tracking number proves it was delivered and refuse to issue a refund. I have had to resort to making a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading and will take it to the Small Claims Tribunal if I have to.
The customer service is deplorable. They make many promises to sort things out and to be in touch and nothing ever happens! I have had the Live Chat communication terminated by the 'Stylish Gurus' and never once have the company contacted me to help resolve my issues.

I presumed buying from an Australian website I was supporting Australian businesses but it was the biggest mistake... After ordering a dress in May 2015 which was being delivered to Sydney from their warehouse in Gosford, I was expecting the dress to arrive in about 3 weeks... It is now September and still no dress. After many, many chats back and forth... And many, many promises that it will be sent.,... nothing... I had to finally take it to Pay pal to resolve the issue and get my money back... Which I hope comes through soon... I ended up buying the same dress from Kiyonna for the same price and it was delivered yesterday... All the way from the US...

There is a reason they dont allow comments on there facebook page! It would be filled with complaints! I understand how their business structure works but it leave the customer dissatisfaction and angry. They only place an order with their supplier once a month i ordered from kiyonna directly and got an item in 4 days from the USA through them i am waiting over 2 months. Their business will and is failing so i would avoid buying from them because WHEN they go bust alot of customers will be left out of pocket! Avoid! Pay a bit extra and go with other stores.
After waiting many months on an order, then cancelling and then having to raise a Claim with Paypal, I finally got my money back. I have read many reviews both on this site and other about Stylish Plus Australia. All their hype about opening a Bricks and Mortar Store going off their Facebook Page is a scam. They even used an excuse that their Warehouse got flooded, funny that when that particular storm hit they had time to forget the stock in their warehouse and go take piccies of boats in the harbour. They won't even give you an address as to where they are. I will never order from these people again!
If you want a tip to Shop at a real Australian Company with excellent service and who sell Clothing that is in Stock go to 'Graceful Curves Clothing'. I have brought lots of clothes from them since June and I have been very impressed with their service, clothing and prices. And no, I am not affiliated with them in anyway, other than being a happy customer.
But in all seriousness, please avoid Stylish Plus Australia if you want to keep your Sanity.
I just can't explain how horrible they are. They will steal your money and never send your items. No customer service at all. Horrible. Complete nightmare I've been dealing with for 2 years waiting for refund or anything for over $200. Do not buy anything no matter how cute the website looks. It'seems complete scam
