These people took my money but NEVER delivered the goods. 8 mths later still they have not sent a refund for (goods not received). I don't think they even had the stock. There should be a law protecting consumers against these sort of Companies. I work hard for my money and this is really soul destroying. They promised and promised via email to refund but never have. They give contact numbers but they NEVER answer the phone. So you can never speak with anyone. Great way to get money for nothing scam, scam scam! Had a girlfriend who dealt with STYLISHPLUS also had the same problem didn't realise till I told her what happened what joke. TAKE NO NOTICE OF GOOD REVIEWS ON THIS CONPANY... They are probably a scam too! NEVER DEAL WITH THEM...
Ordered something 9 weeks ago and after chasing the order up several times have not received product. Promised a refund and no luck there either. Have doubts this is legitimate. Do not use it.
I recently placed an order here, order number B******* and I was honestly impressed by this site. I have horrible fashion sense and this site has really helped me choose great fashionable pieces for my wardrobe. The clothing was great quality too! I only wished it arrived quicker, but I guess that's the price you pay for great prices.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. My order went in February and up until this time I have received none of my order. I dealt with this company because it is supposedly Australian. What a Joke. The Emails I receive are from someone who is not fluent in English and are full of excuses. The only satisfaction I am getting from this purchase is to make sure everyone I know never uses this company.
Absolutely dreadful experience. I placed an order in February and only received 2 of the 7 or 8 items I ordered in May after chasing up what the delay was. Now another month later and over 4 months since I placed the order and no news on the rest of my items after 2 emails. Extremely frustrating! About to lodge a refund complaint with PayPal. This operation is a scam!
Revised: Contacted them via live chat and explained the stock was out and they were trying to order more though as it had been so long, they offered a gift card to the value of the items not received. Have used it so see what happens now.
You ever get that feeling in the pit of your stomach that you've made a horrible mistake? That's exactly how I feel now. I wish I would have found this site BEFORE I ordered. I placed my order on June 8th. A week a ago it said my order was shipped, but when I check the tracking # with USPS it says that my order is waiting to be shipped. I don't get a good feeling about this at all.:(

I have received one of my ordered items. I'm mildly satisfied with it, kinda cheep flimsy material, but mostly just relieved to have gotten it. Received Alan email saying my other item is being mailed. Mostly my word of warning is that to be careful with this site and if you're Ina hurry to get your clothing, do not purchase from them. I can't believe how slow they are.
Ordered 3 garments in January 2015.
Now June, still trying to chase refund for the 2 they couldn't supply.
No response to telephone calls. Erratic and inaccurate response to emails.

I need to make this clear, the Stylish Plus I am referring to is in northern New South Wales Australia. I have only dealt with that Stylish Plush and it is a sham company.
The owner of this company probably operates from America using some front in China and rips off Australians. They will go to jail. This will catch up to them. I urge anyone who was scammed, to dispute the purchase with your bank and report this company, they wouldn't still be operating and writing fake, broken English reviews if they were reported enough.
Order 2 dresses, 14 weeks later and no order. I had to chase up on more than 10 occasions. To then be informed by Melody that it won't arrive in time. Melody was very unprofessional to deal with and I told her I would write a review with no intention to follow through but then her reply 'I'm sure your big mouth will :) ' so left me no option too write about my bad experience.
Your will never get your order it will say delivered but it will never come and no one will help you
Love the look of the dress however I ordered a size M, the dress tag states size M, however the dress itself is like size L. I bought this for my mom for her birthday, so the problem beside the size was that it took like 30 days in arrive my city. My mom loved the Elegant Mermaid dark-green dress, sadly she couldn't used it, but I do, now I have a new dress in my wardrobe for a future event. The customer service was really good, I did not return it, because I kept it for myself, but I decided to buy another one for my mom, so we waited another 20 days and the second order was great in size and everything, I sure will buy again.
Ordered 2 dresses... customer service can hardly speak English and false promises of delivery! Filed a complaint with paypal which I highly recommend everyone do, so we can shut down these scam artist for good! UPDATE: made a claim with paypal as that over 4 wks has passed and never rec'd my 2 dresses... GOOD NEWS getting a full refund. My advise if you don't receive your items in the timeframe advised or NOT at all, file a claim with paypal, more than likely u will receive refund and it is another step in getting these scammers bogus clothing biz shut down for good!
I have been waiting on my order since January I have been told so many lies it always seems to be next week your order will be sent out so frustrating and they don't even seem to care all they can say is next Monday so they can get off live chat I have been told they will call or email not once in these 5 months have I been called or emailed I will never use this site again I will tell every one not to go near they said the storms flooded the place that was in April 3 months after I ordered my stuff I am so angry but doesn't help cause no one will call can not wait for the shop to open I will be right down there (DO NO USE THIS SITE)
I had used them in the past without any problems and like most people would have given them a good review BUT THEN... February rolled around and I ordered 4 items totaling $123. I sent an email late March asking where the goods were as I was looking forward to receiving them, NO RESPONSE. So then I get an email on 23/3 telling me that I would get my delivery in the 1st or 2nd week in April, fair enough!
Then when that didn't arrive I got onto their "live chat" and was advised that it was going to be sent the following Monday, still nothing received so I got back onto the "live chat" after trying to send an email again and I get a "we don't look at this email address so please don't respond to it" (WARNING RIGHT THERE and I didn't get that the first time I emailed).
Whilst live chatting I was told that the storms has caused a lot of damage at the warehouse, I told them when the goods were due to be sent (Monday) the storms were not even on the radar (they happened on the Friday).
So now after exhausting all avenues and getting the run around I have now put a complaint with Department of Fair Trading for them to follow up, it takes about 30 days for it to happen but I have waited this long I want to get my goods or my money back, I suggest all the other ladies get onto their website and do the same.
Everyone please don't use this website, eventually you are going to be in the same boat as myself, they are a DISGRACE.
Bought two items... never received them. Cancelled one order... had to chase the refund through dispute service. Second order was cancelled on me and am still chasing the refund... BEWARE!

You can find almost every kind of good and cute dress here. The only thing this website need to do is that they must have to organize their website a little bit so that It could become easy to find and that anyone can go right and get what they want.
