I ordered a Calming Dog Bed 2 months ago. They billed my credit card immediately instead of when it was supposed to be shipped. I still don't have the bed and I have contacted them several times asking when it will be shipped and why they billed me before shipping and finally asked for a refund. I haven't gotten any response from them. On my bank statement next to the $34.94 charge the company is listed as NEWSTOREGLOBAL4Mississauga ON.
