I love the email confirmation that you sent - very concise and helpful! And your customer service is, by far, the best I've encountered when shopping online. Here's an example: while completing my order, I inadvertently entered my shipping address as the billing address (which it is not) so I emailed customer service to advise them, fearful that the transaction would be canceled due to this oversight. Within minutes I received a personalized (not auto-generated) message to confirm receipt of my message and to notify that the change had been made. Despite my late order, I received the item exactly on the day I was expecting it, and Christmas was saved. I will definitely order from you again.
