Thank you so much! Great service going on over a year shopping at Stylewe. The only concern is time it takes to ship and comes in parts, though has not kept me from shopping. Hopefully in the future we will have the option for overnight or next day delivery ;)
Insufficient information received after payment and confirmation of order. No updates received. The item was lost but without continuous communication this was not readily determined. The occasion for which I ordered the dress more than one month in advance was completely missed. On arrival there was even more disappointment. The fabric colour is like the photo but the style is not quite right and it is difficult to assemble and fit.
The item did not meet my expectations. I returned on January 10,2024 for a full reimbursement and still have received my refund. Horrible customer service.

This plastic like material they are using really sucks. I am thinking the material is really cheap. The pictures give an entirely different look, but once your item arrives it looks cheap and the material looks like some kind of plastic stuff. I hate it. I just ordered my last item. I will not take any more chances with this fiberglass material they are using.

The sunday dresses that I ordered in bulk from Stylewe all fit me perfectly. They were super nice and comfortable. I can't wait to order some more once I get my monthly paycheck again.

I have ordered twice from them. Pretty good but cheap quality. Hit and miss for most things. Often, the product IS NOT what is pictured (belt missing, quality of fabric different). I don't care for the free jewelry sent as it is not good quality or approprite for a professional.

I ordered 3 dresses from this online store. All dresses were of good quality and priced reasonably. I like that I don't see the dresses I ordered on other sites. The shipping process took a little over 2 weeks but it is international shipping during a pandemic. I will definitely shop again for more unique items!
Tip for consumers:
Please keep in mind that the shipping is international so it will take a few weeks for your shipment to arrive. Tracking info is provided via email which is great and when I called, customer Service was friendly and helpful.

I received order and 4 out of 5 items did not fit. Initiated return. It's been 3 weeks and I had to contact them. Was told problem with delivery. Nothing has been communicated and nothing resolved now since receiving order on Dec 11,2023 and returning it on December 26,2023. Better communication would be necessary to retain customers.

Some polyester like material. It's not true to size. Sizes run small.
I tried to make a return which I received help in making the return (thank you) but they only want to offer me 20% of the purchase price or exchange. So basically you are locked in to something you don't like or can't wear. I did keep the copper leather like pants. They are.

Straight forward but some misleading information e.g. pick 4 items and get 60% off and shipping is free for over £43.

Unfortunately it takes a very long time to receive some of your items. I have items that are well over a month and still marked processing not even shipped yet. Some items are shipped within 3 weeks I don't understand why they cannot fulfill these orders, unless they make them when the order comes in, still over a month seems ridiculous to me. I have had to cancel several orders due to the length of delivery

My order has still not arrived after over a month since purchased. There is no phone number to call and no help line to ask about the order. Their help line only lets you look at preset questions, they do not answer questions pertaining to your specific order. Very bad customer service.

Why can't women's sizes be like men's - small, medium, large is not consistent. 8, 10, 12, 14 etc is not consistent. The rest of the world (especially Asia) thinks a UK 12 is extra large. No, it isn't.

So I've taken multiple items in to be tailored. So this last time, a shirt that cost me 45.00 ended up costing me 85.00 after alterations. The shirt was HUGE and I ordered a small. It's still too large.
This has happened a few times and it gets pretty frustrating.
The sizes are huge. Just had to take my last purchase to the tailor to have it taken in.
It's been about 5 years since I've bought anything from Stylewe. I certainly hope the quality is as great as it was 5 years ago.

I ordered 12 items from StyleWe - size M. 2 of the blouses received were clearly an American size S, although they were marked M. I tried to do an exchange. WELL - you have to mail return items to China! And at YOUR cost. Although the quality of the items is OK if you're not hung up on wrinkle-free, the sizing is iffy and I won't be ordering from them again.

Be aware that since you have to return items to China at your cost, they don't actually have a useable return policy.

My experience has been very delayed delivery. Sometime it takes 2-3 months to receive an order. That is too long. Also, I think I am ordering an entire outfit, and only the top is delivered. It takes too long to receive items, so I don't bother ordering the bottoms.

Order a few clothing items arms were small and did not fit. Unable to reorder or get a refund. Customer service number non existence and no response to my emails requesting a refund. Wish this could have work out - love the look of clothing and the one summer dress received is perfect. (just no sleeves). Risky, but good quality of clothing, if it fits.

I had to chat with someone before getting free shipping even tho I was over the allotted spending amount. It's just annoying for my first shopping experience. If you offer something it should be given without me having to contact you guys.
Update my clothes arrived in about three weeks and I am one happy customer. Everything fits well. The material was what I had expected except for my white summer dress. The material was thin but with the right underwear I won't be exposed. They were mostly true to size. I am a medium. I got large in one outfit. I used the measurements help they offered. Measuring your hips, shoulders, bust etc is a must to get the right fit. Thereby eliminating returns. I will definitely buy from them again. The prices are great too.
