It was very competitive! I chose the wrong returning flight due to moving too fast because we only have 15 minutes to purchase the ticket. When I finally got access the deal didn't apply and I was scared of going back in fear of losing my access. It costed $75 to correct my flight change.
It was cheaper than other websites using the Black Friday deals. Love it!
It was very easy to use. There wasn't much confusion because the app is pretty simple which i appreciate a lot.
I purchased a $25 flight ticket through Amazon and Student Universe, but they failed to issue the ticket. It took two hours for Student Universe staff to answer my call, only to tell me the flight was sold out. However, I checked the airline's official website just a minute before the call, and the flight I wanted was still available.
This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. They wasted my time and energy, and I ended up having to book a ticket elsewhere at a much higher price. To make matters worse, they didn't even send me an email notifying me that my ticket wasn't issued—I had to discover it on my own.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend Student Universe to anyone.
Everything worked out well. Had to wait for a confirmation email a little longer than usual other than that everything was good.
Everything went smoothly, except the first time I tried to book my flight for some reason something did not go through so I had to do it again
My flight is from Houston to Beijing, with a stopover in Los Angeles. My question is, can I check my baggage all the way from Houston to Beijing? Or do I need to recheck the baggage in Los Angeles?
The flights are cheaper but I cannot upload my student status proof and I cannot get the deals, on the app and on the web. My emails are not answered
I love being travelling with StudentUniverse. It has been my favourite platform to find ways trips back home to India affordable rates. To me the StudentUniverse is a bridge between my study abroad and my home, India. It feels for welcoming and connecting my true experience to my homeland.

It was good and nice and easy to use. Flights were also cheap.
The problem most people have is once they refresh the page they are put back in the waiting line. Just keep the page busy so they dont kick you out; looking at different flights until its time for the prices to drop.
The website was moving a little slow but i was able to receive my $25 ticket on the 3rd day so i am satisfied with my experience. It could be more organized at least letting users know what number place they are in line!
I always choose studentuniverse because it is so user friendly. The price is always so affordable and I have a wide range of choices. I would recommend everyone student to use this website to book flights!

Overall, I had good experience with StudentUniverse. I used them to be able to book a holiday deal, which I understand is going to have a high volume of people, but the way the queue worked was a bit confusing with not much information and then randomly getting put into picking your flight. I enjoyed being to see the flights beforehand and the structure of the website is very well, I would only say that the queue times are a bit weird. I would suggest having an estimated wait time or place in queue that you can visibly see. Overall, I got my flight and was very happy with my experience! Will be using more.
