Took a while but got it better wait time next time for $25 flight
I woke up at before the line began around 7 and I waited until 11 to be able to buy my ticket.
I've travelled twice with Student Universe now, and they've been great! Prices are cheap, there's promo codes available most of the time, and you get the regular flying experience just for cheaper! As always with stuff like flights, there's some expected changes that happen last minute, but for the most part Student Universe keeps you in the know and makes sure you consent to any changes before they happen. Easy process!
So far it was good an experience overall. Didn't cancel my ticket like the other websites after my booking and didn't try to charge extra money for increased in ticket prices after the booking.
It went great! I was able to book easy! I will be using StudentUniverse again!

Booking was very easy to use. I liked how affordable the airfare was and it was a trusted website.
Can't receive my e-tickets so I tried to contact them, and it turned out that no body will help you at all, no one reponse your email and phone call. Just terrible

I booked my flight through StudentUniverse and initially received a booking confirmation within minutes, along with an airline confirmation number that was even verifiable on the airline's website. However, by the second day, that PNR (Passenger Name Record) stopped working, and the airline website said, "No reservation found for this PNR."
I called StudentUniverse multiple times, and each time it took around 50 minutes to reach an agent, who was difficult to understand due to a strong accent. Finally, on the fifth day, an agent assured me that I'd receive my ticket the next day. But by day six, I was told they hadn't been able to secure the ticket, and I would need to rebook – only now, the same flight had increased by $600!
The most frustrating part was having to call StudentUniverse and endure 50 minutes of irritating hold music each time before finally reaching an agent I could speak with.
This experience was not just frustrating but completely unprofessional. If you want peace of mind when booking a flight, look elsewhere!
Glitches galore. I still didn't get a discounted price because it wouldn't move past my confirmation documents. The worst.
I received my booking from the airline and unfortunately the bags I added on there aren't on there so I don't know who I contact about that issue.
