I waited until the last minute to get tickets for a penguins game and I wanted to sit near my friends. I didn't think I could find good seats that late but I was wrong. Stubpass.com had great seats near them and got them to me quick! Thanks a bunch stubpass.com.
Some firsts have a last and for me, this purchase via Stubpass will most certainly be my first and last. Don't get me wrong, the transaction went as smoothly as possible; the part that's hardest for me to process is the incredible mark up on the tickets that I purchase., There was a breathtaking and stopping difference of $157! My lesson has been learned, going forward, I will make my decision to purchase sooner via more traditional methods, i. E. box office, ticketmaster, etc. I have never experienced such a mark up in my life!

I bought concert tickets for U2 from Stubpass.com for Friday, September 25,2009, paying double the face value (typical for a scalper). U2 rescheduled the 25th show for Wednesday the 23rd, and since I live out state, I could not make it on a Wednesday. U2's website indicated that those not able to attend the rescheduled show would be issued refunds.
I was contacted by Stubpass, who informed me that the actual "broker" for my tickets was MainEventtickets.com. I was told to contact them.
I contacted MainEventtickets.com, and was informed that I could not be refunded my money since the concert had been rescheduled.
So now I'm out $800, when U2's website clearly states that tickets will be refunded due to the rescheduling.
I have ordered off of stubpass a few times now. Their customer service has been more than helpful and I recieved all my tickets on time. The events were great and seats had a great view! I will definately use again!
