We bought VIP box seats day of the concert. It said we were in Row 1 seats 3,4 5, and 6. We had people in front of us in the box standing during the entire concert. When we spoke with the LiveNation team they said the seats were first come first serve in the box. We were there 2 hours early and had we know this we would have made it to the box earlier. If VIP box seats are on a first come basis please don't number the rows and seats. Very sad and would not have paid $100 a seat for these seats. Order # *******

If you value your time and money do not use stub hub. They failed to deliver my tickets and now refuse to give me a refund although they promised to do so. I would call this fraud. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Stay Away

Stubhub is so dishonest. I listed tickets and they removed the listing 7 hours prior to the event with no notification. When I contacted them all they said was they apologize with no explanation. I'm sue they sold the tickets and I never saw a dime. AVOID THEM‼

Took money from account

Andrea Bocelli concert for sale. They were to email me if my tickets sold. My account today was charged $166 by Stubhub. They claimed the tickets sold but my email address was inaccurate. First the lady said the email was missing.com at the end and when I challenged that the account could not have been set up with an account that did not have.com, she gave me a different error. DO NOT BUY DO NOT LIST...

Yeah, my worst experience with an app and company is stubhub. I sold the tickets there but after talking with more than eight times and calling them, sending the approval of my bank statement that they didn't pay me, talking with twitter and Facebook account of them and just get same $#*! from all of them that we paid but actually they didn't, it is just in their app and your profile that you are paid.
Nothing will be transferred to your bank accounts by them, even with their provided reference number I talk with my bank CIBC and VISA, they couldn't find any trace of payments by stubhub there.
I checked twitter with stubhub hashtags and yes so many people had same issue.
They just steal your money, time and make you annoy.
I suggest never use this app and if you can sell or buy in more trusted way or go and enjoy your tickets that you bought from some where else.

Purchased 2 football tickets to a Baylor game that was cancelled due to COVID. They will not refund the money but instead gave me a coupon for 120% of the value good until Dec 2021. Trouble is there are few if any events that allow fans in. What a rip off, will never purchase again from StubHub

Terrible!

Terrible! Where is the ZERO stars option?!? I left Nationwide Arena two hours ago unable to enjoy tickets to see my belioved Eagles on 3/5/14. We were turned away after producing our e-tickets because someone else was sitting in our seats. We purchased four tickets totaling more than $400 back in November 2013 and now have to not only miss the concert of a lifetime but call and haggle with our credit company for a full refund! Stub Hub offers NO customer service phone number, only an email. Nationwide arena agents here in Columbus said this happens all the time. Thanks for ruining my evening and ripping me off Stub Hub - you SUCK!

Got screwed!

I think "StubHub" should change their name to Stud Hub, because they financially screw their customers... Bad Business! They charged a family member of mine, triple the value of the tickets. They tried immediately to get a refund & to no avail... though the concert is a couple months away. They are ticket scalpers with a clever name!

Ripped me off completely!

Sold 4 tickets on here and was told it was successfully done. They ended up not giving me any of the $ from selling them and instead charged me entire sale! The money i was suppose to receive in return was actually taken from my bank account. I called them to resolve the issue and dealt with horrible customer service! This was my first time selling tickets and I was told I uploaded the tickets wrong so the order was canceled but they ended up rewarding the buyer of the tickets and charging me $440.00! I demanded my money back and they said they'd only give me a 30% cut of the ticket sales and I'd still be charged whatever the difference was! Do not use stub hub. Trash company who steal your tickets and profit from your mistakes in their faulty ticket sale site! They're obviously on the brink of going under. It's obvious with their very unprofessional customer service team.

Buyer Beware!

We purchased tickets from Stubhub for a football game. The tickets we fairly pricey for the game we were buying for, but the "view" on the website appeared to be great seats. However, when we got there, not only was the view that was shown on the site - not the view we got but we could not see the game at all! The seats were literally below the field, behind bushes. We contacted Stubhub about this issue but they had no concern that they were selling tickets that we not "advertised" correctly. The customer service was horrible! Think twice before buying anything from Stubhub, you do not know what you will get and customer service does not exist with this company!

StubHub is TRASH!

I spent over 1,000 for beyonce tickets for the 7.30.23 weeks before the show. On 7.30.23 I found out that the seller did not have my tickets. Therefore I was on the phone with Stubhub all day that day to resolve the matter. Luckily they were able to resolve my situation. But I will never purchase from stubhub again! Its a scam!

I bought two sets of tickets. The single set arrived a few days after I paid for them. That ticket was for a closed friend to meet me at game. The second set (2 tickets) was promised delivery to GA on 9/18. Game was in NC on 9/22. No awareness of where I lived or where game was. I changed delivery address to a NC address to ensure I got tickets in time. Got to NC on 9/19 - NO TICKETS. I called Stubhub and not sounding too sure of what happened, they first told me seller had not shipped tickets. I called back a second time and they told me seller had shipped tickets but no one knew where they were. They would not provide a tracking number. I asked for a refund and they told me my account would be credited. I insisted on a full refund ($495). I am still awaiting the credit to my credit card. This was my first and LAST time using Stubhub.

Stubhub Hell

In early January, I made a mistake trying to sell tickets on the StubHub site. In good faith, I followed the prompts and listed my tickets. They were sold, and within the same day the order was canceled. I received a bill for $611 and told I misrepresented the mezzanine area. When posting, I was not given this option, so surely I thought this was a mistake any reputable company would honor and assist with. When I spoke with a customer representative they told me I was charged $611 to cover the cost of another customer's tickets.

An appeal was placed. Again reps at StubHub said the charges would go through -- this was the policy. But I was confused because apparently this was a computer issue, no fault of my own. They refused and refused. They deemed the discussion over and $611 was charged to my AMEX. I received no explanation of the charges, and of course no authorization.

So my mistake of posting tickets turned into a huge nightmare, one that would disturb me for weeks.

Stubhub stole $770 from. I purchased tickets for a James Taylor concert and paid for them months in advance. When I got to the venue my tickets were no longer accessible. Apparently they have a flawed process where the seller can cancal the transaction even though the funds were already paid. I contacted Stubhub and they refused to refund my money. Crooks.

I bought 2 tickets to see the Rolling Stones in Detroit from Stub Hub. I paid less than the seller paid when they originally bought them. I had absolutely no problem with the tickets. Went to the concert last night and had the best time. Thank you Stub Hub!

TOTAL RIP OFF!

Purchased tickets for Ambrosia at City Winery in Atlanta via StubHub. Charged more than double the ticket price, then another $46 service fee, then another $10 shipping fee. Never presented with these fees when I clicked "Purchase."

Called to ask about these charges (rude lady). I wanted a refund so I could purchase tickets at $45 through City Winery instead of $100, but was told I could not get a refund. Was transferred to a supervisor, but before that, the rude lady said, "Just so you know, my supervisor is going to tell you the same thing, so you're just wasting your time."

Supervisor I talked to said the ticket prices are what AllShows charges. Called AllShows and was told that they charge $85, not $100 for the seats at City Winery in Atlanta. AllShows also told me that StubHub is charging the extra money for the ticket and the service fees, and I would have to contact them.

Bottom line, I cannot get a refund and was overcharged.

I bought tickets from stub hub the day before the Selena Gomez concert and paid $200 a piece for them. I printed them off and then the next morning I got a call saying the tickets had been double sold to someone else and that I needed to pick some different one... what was left. Needless to say I was pretty mad. I spoke to a gentleman that put me on hold for 15 minutes while he looked to see what else was available. In the end I was given the choice to take tickets that were right next to the stage in the lower row. The tickets online were $300 each. So stub hub turned something that was really bad into something great and my kids got to see their first concert, with one of their favorite musicians, and had an unforgettable night!

I purchased tickets in January 202 for some specific events on specific dates. The events were cancelled due to the pandemic, but StubHub refuses to refund my money. The have given me coupons which are worthless as those events were cancelled. I had even sold some tickets before the event was cancelled. When the event was cancelled the buyer got their money back and the money I got was rescinded.

StubHub has ripped me off and will not refund my money. I believe that their policy to issue coupons was established after the events were cancelled.

We purchased tickets that stated they were in a lower section. When we arrived at the venue the tickets were in the upper section way at the top. The seller was allowed to mislead the buyer. When I contacted Stubhub customer service they offered a 10% coupon to be used on future purchases. That was it! I will never use Stubhub again.
