St. Thomas & Co.

I ordered a wall-mounted custom headboard from rsmithdesignstudio (now doing business apparently under the name of st thomas & co) on Etsy.com. It took six weeks to receive the order. When I opened the box, I was so disappointed. The fabric was not the color I ordered and the trim was not the trim I ordered. I had been communicating with the owner for a couple of weeks prior so this was very surprising. I contacted the owner via e-mail. After several back and forths over a two week period, we came to agreement on resolution. I would receive a partial refund and legs would be shipped to me so that I would not have to wall mount it since it wasn't what I wanted. After two months and many more e-mails, I finally got the partial refund. I received excuses that were clearly not true as explanations of why I hadn't received the legs. As of this date, I still haven't received them. I strongly recommend you DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They are unethical, to say the least.
