Though the dress wasn't similar as shown in the images... Only lil bit of dissapointed... service is so good and I can give 4.5 ratings for this shop. Keep bringing new trends... And I'm so love with all the designs from ur store!... Thank u for the product:-)
Don't buy any product from this company especially from US as they are bunch of cheaters. I ordered a Maroon Satin Silk Lehenga Choli on the New Year's Eve. Even though the price was high we liked the item with the way it looked on the ad. We asked for customized stitching and payed a high amount for that as well. Items shipped as promised but they never cared about the measurement we gave. Lehenga was supposed to be 39" and they made to 42.5" even with a 4" inch heel shoe one cannot wear that for that person's size. On the back of the blouse there should be a Dori attached to both side of it, that was not added, rather simply made the blouse and shipped along with Lehenga. I contacted the responsible person via WhatsApp and he never accepted his mistakes and it appeared that there was no product checking, QA checking etc. rather he said for advertising these companies put many stuffs and we don't provide that. Well we ordered this item by looking all these things. I tried my best to get maroon cloth everywhere in USA to stitch it on the blouse. Unfortunately, no stores have that type of maroon color here. When they stitched the blouse, they should have done without any issue this but they never bothered. I asked for credit / refund or the Dori, he came back with an excuse that he couldn't find that color so he can give me coupon to be used for next purchase. Who needs his coupon the product is already not wearable with long Lehenga and with missing Dori? Please stay away from this online firm as they simply want our $$$.

Am purchasing from Strollay since 6 Months. But in case if a product has colour difference compare to image, they are not ready to take it back saying its a small error. Guys please be careful.
Customer Service is really poor, No Product Quality, Shipping was not on time. Beware if you are going to use this site.
I am from south Africa and encouraged lots of my friends to buy from them as they had modern clothing, I have placed my second order from them for Diwali but till today have not received my items it was stopped by customs as the company has raised and incorrect invoice. I was invoice for R2,299.22 and they have raised an invoice for R2483 sars has now charged me a penalty for this error and the company does not want to help me.
