Placed a order with streetlowrider and when I received the package it was short two items from my order so I called them. I was then told by them to email them cause email go straight to the owner so I did and his response was that those items were on back order and I could wait for them or get a refund so I asked for a refund. He responded with please allow time for refund to go through I waited two weeks no refund so I emailed him again saying that I felt like I was getting ripped off he replied within 10 minutes saying there was problems with my refund and apologized and I had my refund 10 minutes later. They made a mistake and correct it right away. I'll gladly use this company again.

I placed a order for 20 inch flared fenders and received regular fenders and fenders where wide i tried them on my 20 inch schwinn fair lady and no way they would fit. I tried to contact them via phone number on there site and its a non working number so i emaild the address on there site and so far more than a week with no reply. I ended up just taking the loss and will never order from them again or even refer them to anyone else.

Street lowriders is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with what a joke!

Horrible... told me 2-3 days... 7 days later I called them told me they didn't have the wheels in stock told them send with out the wheels they said ok will send tomorrow them 6 days later i called they said waiting for there guy to assemble it and it would ship out tomorrow 5 days later called them no answer left voice mail and sent email asking them to send it not assembled next 7 days I called 25 times send 5 emails no answer no email back Saturday I called 5 times no answer called from my girlfriends phone picked up 2nd ring tried to put me on hold I said no then told me they had nothing in stock and they were going to refund me in the next week or so and hung up on me!

Literally one of the worst merchants I have EVER dealt with. I ordered some parts from them a while back, and they let me know that my order was on "backorder". After a month and several messages with no response, this crook kept my money without replying to me. We had to call our bank to dispute the charge which took a while as well. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, just look at the other reviews. Still dont know how this company is up...

Hello i order the twisted lowrider bike peddles and they sent me some black peddles i never paid for and i have a screen shot of what i order so i called the guy he said no he said those were the right ones lil did he know i been in the lowrider bike for years and i know excatly what i order and he told me onces i ship them back i will get my refund back but he was very rude $#*! hell and i know all about my bikes im not a lier and ill make sure they will never mess with anybody or me every again

I bought some 20" black flared fenders from there for 45$ but canceled them before they shipped its been like 6 days and I've contacted them several times and only got 1 response saying your order has been canceled so I came on site jabber and sent them a message they said they sent my Refund and I should be getting my money yesterday or the day before still haven't got nothing and now they don't respond If I get my money I'll rate it diffrently

Customer placed order on 7/15/2016. We informed the customer on 07/18/2016 that the order was out of stock and a refund was going to be sent out. Customer couldn't wait that time and wanted an immediate refund, we let the customer know that refunds back to credit cards take anywhere from 2-3 days processing time. Customer decides to write a negative review.

Short story long, I ordered over $160 dollars in parts and they sent me the wrong steering wheel. After days of trying to contact them thru email and unanswered phone calls, it looks like i will have to eat this one. I will NEVER order from this shady two bit company again. Usually I research companies before I order online, and the one time I don't I get burned by streetlowrider. Steer clear of these d bags and tell all of your friends to as well. I know I will!

I ordered a bunch of parts and was given a tracking number that didn't work. I tried to contact the company but the phone number is disconnected and no one responds to any emails. Then when I got my package finally I was missing parts. Again I tried to contact the company but still never got anything fixed. Now months later they have charged my credit card twice more when I haven't ordered anything from them! Stay clear of this horrible company!

Here we go again... Looks like I should've checked reviews before ordering. Ordered in May, got wrong parts/partial order. Have been emailing and calling ever since and nothing. Too bad. Guess I learned my lesson. But I would LOVE to hear back and get my correct parts!

Ordered a pair of 26'' 144 spoke gold rims for my cruiser, rims never came, never ONCE emailed me after the 4-5 emails ive sent. Called ups to see where my package was and they said they couldnt even get ahold of the company to force them to send my product out.

On top of that, the rims were $219, shipping $35, i was charged $309... when i asked them about these charges i was obviously iggnored yet again.

Seriously one of the WORST online shopping experiences ever. They way they do business is SHADY to say the least.

Ordered 26" 144 spoke Gold wheels and paid over $400 dollars. The wheels arrived and were garbage. Instead of looking like the Chrome wheels but in Gold, they looked like someone had just grabbed a can of spray-paint and painted over regular wheels. They weren't plated or even protected with a Clear Coat WTF? Oh and the packaging was so horrible that the wheels came damaged as well,... another WTF? I called them immediately and arranged to ship them back and get a refund. Well a week passed by and I call them back and they say that they opened a claim with Fed-Ex because the returned wheels arrived damaged and that I would have to wait for my refund until that process finished. So I call them back a week and a half later, and they tell me that my Refund is going to be processed tomorrow and that it will take a few days because it's going through Pay-Pal. I told them that I didn't pay with paypal, but they insisted that's how refunds worked. So now it's been 2 weeks since that last call, and OVER 1 MONTH since I returned the wheels and I still haven't seen a refund.

I've contacted my bank about this and they are now helping me with the situation.

PLEASE DO NOT do business with these Crooks!... They will cheat you out of money or parts or both one way or another. PLEASE read the other reviews here, they are all TRUE!

UPDATE 6/20/17: Please note that they have responded to my review with, "Customer was refunded". I would like to clarify that I was refunded by my bank/credit union, NOT by these crooks. You can easily see by they amount of bad reviews that they still do BAD Business.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT put yourself through what others and myself have by using this company/website. Stay away and find your parts elsewhere.

Ordered parts but never received a wheel. After two months of calling and filing a report with the BBB, I gave up with no wheel and no credit. It's a wonder this place is still in business - awful.

I ordered two cruiser frames, one black, one chrome. I receive a call a few days later telling me they are sold out of the black frames. My girlfriend wanted chrome and I just wanted her to be happy, so i agreed to two chrome frames instead of one black and one chrome. The box arrives with my frames filled with two black frames. Left several messages on their 800 number and have not received a single callback. I will be refusing the charge on my credit card and returning all items. Will never deal with this company again.

Ordered parts, never got a delivery company name or tracking number, 2 weeks later I've had more contact with the payment company than with them, my parts never showed up, I'm dealing with payment comp. To get my money back.DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE it is bogus

Ordered handlebars. About a week later, I get an e-mail from them asking me to call them. I wrote back that I did not want to waste the money on long-distance so asked them to tell me what the matter was. They said they have received my money but not the item I had ordered. I told them the item I had ordered. They refused to respond to me until I involved 2checkout.com. They then claimed that I did not pay enough for shipping. I told them to cancel the order and issue a refund. So what did they do? Then entered a UPS ticket for an item weighing less than one pound. The handlebars I ordered weight much more so it is obvious they are going to send me a piece of $#*! and then claim that they sent me the handlebars. I will refuse delivery if it ever comes. I intend to complain more to 2checkout.com and hopefully, if they get enough, complaints, they will no longer allow these fraudsters to charge people.

Made an order and did recieve about 80% of it. The rest of it never came and they do not answer their phone or email. Fraud, thieves, waste, pudendums.

Paid for overnight never got it. 6 days later,, ignore phone. 70 dollars extra wasted... you will be sorry if you use them

I had ordered a 26" MUSTANG NX7 7 Speed Strech Limo Bicycle. What arrived was a cheaper 3 speed model- NX3. The wheel size and color and fender shapes are different between the models as well. I still really enjoy the bicycle but have had no response from my e-mail questioning the Street Lowrider company as to whether or not I got my money's worth having chosen the most expensive model available. I would have happily accepted a store coupon for some accessory parts had they ever replied to my message.

After the above review I found that Streetlowrider is a Better Business Bureau member so I logged on their site to make my opinion known. Within a week, through the BBB, I received responses from Streetlowrider. A settlement which was acceptable to both parties was reached. I will continue to do business with Streetlowrider as their products are diverse and fairly priced. I did ask them to please reply to email in a more timely manner as their reputation suffers if they don't..
