The customer service provided by this website is terrible. They will take your money but refuse to refund any of it under any circumstance. I purchased 2 bras and requested to start the refund process. I indicated they were uncomfortable. They sent one larger than the other. They claim they sent me what I ordered and say it is best to keep the item than to start the return process...I have written them 6 times to no avail. Do NOT recommend this website to anyone. SAVE YOUR MONEY LADIES, stay far away from them.
I have ordered multiple things from this site to India (albeit my last purchase was in June 2019) and while it does take some time for the stuff to get here, it always does. On the occasions that I've had to pay customs taxes, Strawberrynet have always refunded me and their customer service is prompt and attentive. The products have always seemed genuine to me. I have absolutely no idea what the other reviewers are going on about.
I am in the US and ordered from them several times, products were working, nicely packaged, no problem with customer service. Someone here wrote that packaging/tapes or seals were ripped or cut- I think it was most likely done by customs. Happened to me when I ordered a few times cosmetics from England - the boxes were always mangled, products loose, sloppily taped back together, even opened by them I suspect...
I tried the website for the first time and i wasn't dissappointed, the order arrived on time not missing any product and it only took 10 days even though i live in morocco.
I totally recommend and i will purshase from strawberrynet again.
I regularly use this service! It is very good and cheap. I once had a bad experience, the powder I ordered was too dry, and strawberry made me a refund. But all the other orders were absolutely great! You should give these guys a chance!

Granted, it doesn't have everything I wish for, nor at the prices I really wish for, but for the items that are of a suitable price range, great products. They give me what I want?
