The customer service provided by this website is terrible. They will take your money but refuse to refund any of it under any circumstance. I purchased 2 bras and requested to start the refund process. I indicated they were uncomfortable. They sent one larger than the other. They claim they sent me what I ordered and say it is best to keep the item than to start the return process...I have written them 6 times to no avail. Do NOT recommend this website to anyone. SAVE YOUR MONEY LADIES, stay far away from them.
I bought a Chanel Mademoiselle perfume from Strawberrynet. Have been using this perfume for as long as I can remember. So when I chance upon this company offering a sale discount I thought why not. Everything seems fine except the scent. When compared to the one I have, which bought from Chanel counter, its somehow smells different. You can tell the difference when you have been wearing same perfume for so long. So ya I'm skeptical.

Last week I wanted to order the Chanel Biphase Eye Makeup Remover from their website. The price listed was A$86.5. I thought the price was unusually high. Subsequently, I went to the Chanel boutique to check and their retail price for the same product inclusive of GST is A$55. If Strawberrynet can't offer their products at a competitive price, they should remove the product from their website. I have now lost all confidence in this company.
Seemed cheap. No mention of customs charges. But there is a £17.10 customs charge at post office if you want collect it so ended up more expensive than just buying it in a shop in the UK.
