Totally dissapointed in the neglect they have shown. To anyone it may concern i would LOVE to share with you all the messages and emails showing how bad this has been since my first review. They really sold me on this one, but as long as i can do my part and make sure nobody uses them again then they can keep they're $3,000 i paid for the PREMIER package and they have completely fell off communications for months on end.

This company is a joke! They promise and donot deliver. They dont provide no direction of whats or whos going to do what... each day are delayed weeks n months goes by still not completed. They outsource 3rd party in India to complete job so weeks n months go by dued to time difference. Only able to communicate over email. So frustrating! If ive known from beginning ive would not have hired! Run... save your money and do it by yourself or hire another company...

Dope website. I paid yesterday and they completed it this morning. Thinking of signing up for the Google marketing next month. If anyone can leave a review on how the Google marketing worked for them it would be helpful. Thanks

So far so good! I had a bunch of questions and concerns when I first seen the complaints about this company. I even went as far as copying and pasting the complaints and asking Randy to respond regarding what happend in these cases... I'm happy to say that Randy has answered all my questions and whenever I need clarity on anything else as far as the progress of the website or corrections I needed answered - It was a big relief to know I could easily call and actually speak to someone. I am still in the process of completing my website but as of now so far so good!... I will leave another review once my project is complete.

After weeks of my nagging them over and over and the surprising service I received, I will recommend this company to anyone looking to have their E-commerce needs met.

The most important thing to me was that I was able to pick up the phone and speak to someone when I needed help or had concerns. They were very responsive to my emails and phone calls and they kept me informed throughout the entire process.

The customer service was exceptional! They took their time walking me through the package offerings and was there to answer any questions I had. Sometimes it's the simple things that matter.

BUYER REALLY BEWARE!

Randy Johnson of Stratix stood me up twice on two separate occasions. First he told me he would have an appointment with me to finish some web sites already started. Then he stood me up and I called and he gave me a so called quote for pricing to work on two existing sites. Then he said he has to talk to the "BOSS" to get it approved. He never called back... so I call him a third time... I get the got to run it by the boss word again and I will call you right back. Two days go by... no call from Randy. A partner goes on and buys a new web site from online advertised pricing and then they "REFUND" the money after the sale because they say they can not build a web site at "quoted" pricing and refund me without any notification whatsoever. The quoted pricing was their online advertised pricing. Then I chat with them and they send me an e-mail saying they can not build a web site for my company at their advertised pricing on line because I spoke with Randy Johnson... who stood me up three times and never called me back! THIS COST US A WHOLE WEEK IN TIME... RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!

My website was built within 3 days and products was listed on amazon and ebay as promised. Great company to work with.

My website was up and running and I received the marketing help I needed in a timely fashion. The set up took about two days and the training was very helpful. Also, the cost wasnt too bad as everything was under my budget.
