I have only bought from them once and so far I do not encounter any problems from them (except a little costly if its not bought in bulk orders.^_^; ;). They have the most interesting cute Japanese items, anime & manga accessories to have on a daily basis~ It is good if you could gather a group of friends and buy it in bulk to worth the money. Some of the shops in my hometown sells them too, but 2x more expensive. I bought from them 5 sets of Itazura Coin Bank... And they have just released a panda version! D8
