On June 9,2020, I purchased furniture for 3 rooms; King Headboard B776-158, king footboard w/storage B776-56S, king panel rails B776-97,5 drawer chest B776-46,2 three drawer nightstands B776-93, Dresser B776-31, bar table with storage D647-42,4 upholstered barstools D647-124S, lift top cocktail table T637-20, power rec sofa U*******, power rec loveseat U*******, wedge U*******, GBS 5 yr protection 5000-5999 at Ashley Homestore in Cordova, TN. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my entire order. In August, I cancelled my power rec sofa U*******, power rec loveseat U*******, and wedge U*******, because they kept pushing the delivery date back, but for 3 months they kept calling to try to schedule delivery. I should have cancelled the bedroom furniture at that time too, but they talked me into keeping the order open by telling me no other furniture company could meet the delivery dates either due to Covid issues. I am frustrated and disappointed because it has been eight months and I am still sleeping on the floor, and being told that my furniture will be delivered on XX/XX/XX date. I've made countless phone calls and texts with nothing but future promise dates. On Jan 21, I was told the furniture would be at the warehouse on the 26th. I called on the 26th and I was told my order was cancelled. I was then told a manager would call me in about 20 minutes (was told this before) and never received a call. On Feb 8 I called to the store to ask them to cancel and pick up the 1/2 of the bedroom they delivered because I cannot use it without the rest. I was informed by Kirby that I cannot return the pieces they delivered and that her manager, Monica, would contact me. I have not heard back at this time.

I purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture Home Store in Fairlawn OH. Less than 6 months the frame on my sofa cracked. No children, no pets, single gal. Ashley sent a repair man out, he couldn't fix it. Ashley picked it up and had it for 19 days. They would not replace it, or extend my warranty. 7 days before my year was up, it cracked again... IN THE SAME PLACE! They would not do anything, because I moved. (They said that I might have done something to it) how insulting! Either that or they know exactly the workmanship they perform! Thank goodness I didn't purchase the "extra" warranty, I'm reading all over that they do not honor that either!

I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley, I will tell everyone that I know my story and tell them not to purchase furniture from Ashley. Also beware, other furniture stores sell Ashley pieces...
