Nice to deal with, but Storenvy is only a middle man. The manufacturers are in Pakistan, so a little difficult to communicate with the actual manufacturers. But after a few emails, and 2 weeks both pairs arrived. The size & fit were fine. The quality is good and products used are also good. I would and have ordered more boots and shoes from them again. So don't be scared.

“Return policy was not clear, customer service from Bishoo was terrible”

Ordered a suede jacket from Bishoo. It looked nothing like the photo, and now I have to send it back to Pakistan, as the return policy was not clear. The store is telling me to "cooperate" and to just get the sleeves that are 5 inches too long altered. Or a $30 refund for a $200 coat. They are claiming it was made custom for me yet never asked for measurements. Disappointed in myself I did not do more research before buying!

I had written a negative review after purchase of product on here... but want to change my opinion. Best way to reach someone seemed to be facebook message. They finally got in touch with the store owner and turned out that person had passed away recently and family was scrambling to access the emails. I appreciate that they did follow through and give me a contact for the product.

This is an amazing quality hoodie. The quality on this hoodie is top-tier it is very comfortable to wear the only downside is that it wasn't my size but other than that it is a great product and I recommend that you buy this is an amazing hoodie the quality on this hoodie is top-tier it is very comfortable to wear.The only downside is that it wasn't my size and it will be delayed because of Covid-19 but other than that I look forward to buying more storenvy products.

I'm a shop owner, and I love it, the community, the ability to really customize your store to suite your brand. As a seller you really have to promote/market your stuff but I don't see that as an issue when it ought to be done anyway - cant just list a few things and expect to be rolling in the dough within a couple weeks. There are some really amazing artists on this site... and remember that each one is individual, one bad store does not speak for the rest or storenvy - just like etsy is. Highly recommend this place for unique and handmade awesomeness.

Keep in mind its just like etsy.com but way cooler. While you have the typical scammers out there be the one who is in charge of their order.
If you are unhappy with the product or never receive it contact the company you purchased it from, not the storenvy support team.
If you don't hear back from the shop you purchased from contact your cc company or paypal and file a dispute.
Bad shops are all over. So do yourself a favor and read their FAQ's or their reviews.
Be a smart shopper.

My opinion is by my personal experience with this site. It's run by regular people like you and me.
I've only had a couple issues in my years of shopping on the site.
Like any site, you could get scammed or the seller just not send your item that you paid for--whatever.
But it's worth a try. Just look at the reviews of the shop before you buy!

I wish that they had a better system for reviews. They don't have a place to see reviews for a store. Also, they have a comment section underneath products, but people don't usually write all that informative reviews down there. It should encourage reviewing of items a bit more I think, especially with its variety of sellers. Reviews or not though, I've had a good experience with storenvy the few times I've purchased from them so far! Seems to be relatively easy to navigate, etc.

I bought an alpaca plush from this site and everything went perfectly. The owner sent me a lot of emails informing me about the shipping and everything.

The only thing I have to add is that there is no room for reviewing the different products or stores, it just says how many sales they've made and not if the costumer is happy, and that the shipping is really expensive if you are not from the US.

For one. Storenvy is alot like an indie marketplace. Everyone is in control of their own business and in order to compete you have to keep your prices reasonable. Now Storenvy has no control over the stores because their site is free to all sellers. They ask them to follow simple terms and conditions in exchange they let them use their site completely free. This being said, a lot of these people are judging an entire marketplace of stores on one store. I get it being scammed doesn't feel good. Leave a bad review for the store not the website. I have had very positive experiences with this site. Just watch out for scams. Ask a bunch of questions. Read their terms and conditions ask for photos of your finish product with your address on it and always always read the comments!

Tip for consumers:
Storenvy varies from store to store. If you don't like one store try another just always be sure to check their Store Rating (located under the description of their product) first! I love shopping on storenvy and as a consumer I want everyone to know how truly wonderful it is to shop with small businesses! Small businesses are the future.

I don't use this as much as etsy but I still use it a lot. I love the service. The only problem I have is when I'm doing the checkout, it calculates everything together, vein though the items are from different shops, so I need to remove items to make different purchases.

Hello I have been selling on line for almost a year at a will known place I'll just call it.
Greenway. And the hoops that this site greenway Dose to there sellers.
Its not fair but this is about storenvy.com So This is what i know i have had a store
On there for about 3 months but have not opened yet I'm just scared that. That they don't
Get the traffic that greenway dose. Not there fault greenway just grease a better palm.
I started selling on line the at same time i was trying to learn the basics of computing,
I just happened to be surfing the web to find other places like greenway.com
And it was a free store and i could bring my.com with me plus it offered a store front

I purchased some shoes and there was an issue with them. It was taken care of very quickly and the shipping was very fast

99% of the reviews I read read are extremely unfair. They are NOT about Storenvy itself, but about the SELLERS who have stores using Storenvy platform.

The only point I agree with reviews here was that sometimes people asked for a refund from Storenvy itself and they either take a while to reply or to process the refund. But you can ALWAYS go back to Paypal or your credit card/bank and request a refund through them...

I do not work on Storenvy, I had a store there about 6+ years ago and left at the time because they didn't offer digital downloads yet.

I have been a member of Storenvy ever since it launched in the beginning. (:
It's awesome to see that it's now being widely used by a ton of people and it has to be my absolute most favorite place ever to sell my stuff!
Everything is professionally done and you can find a lot of stuff here.

I don't pay listing fees, not final value fees, NO FEES AT ALL! It's all my own, beautifully made, storefront!

Of course if you want to use extra features for your store, it does cost some money, but only like $5/mo which I think is pretty cheap! (:

The only fees that are ever charged on me are the dump Paypal fees. Yes, I still have to face those damn fees, but this site is perfect if you want to have a storefront that gives you a ton of traffic and looks appealing to your customers!

You can design your storefront with ease and you can join marketplaces!

However, I do have to say that most of storenvy supports handmade items (or things that look vintage/handmade or your own creations), so it's not really that good if you sell electronics and stuff like that!

I honestly do not sell handmade stuff, only anime goods from Japan, but I'm doing well. I manage to sell at least 1 thing every 4 months or so, but that's mostly because handmade things are more popular there and I don't advertise my store much. XD;

Besides that, I love this place! It's easy to use, looks nice and FREE! Definitely a better alternative than eCrater... since eCrater is free and all, but it doesn't look as nice and there isn't as much traffic there as Storenvy.
