The clothes are great quality, super cute clothes and pretty much identical to what they look like in the pictures. The only thing I didn't like about it was the slow shipping. Now this may be because I moved to a whole different place and I had to switch my address. Also PLEASE read the fitting sizes instead of just clicking what size you regularly are because for a large it's like a medium or possibly even a small. Overall good quality store, just slow shipping and weird sizes

I tried to make a transaction a while ago and each time my card did not go through... I sent an email just now but I am afraid they will not respond. I attempted to pay 5+ times and it did not go through at all. It seemed legit and I was excited for the clothes. I was very disappointed.

I finally got my order ($250 for 9 items) after 2.5 months of waiting. I ordered 3 pleated skirts, they look and feel like crunch thin umbrellas and wouldn't hold the pleats if worn. The waist gets really small and there's no room for stretch. I made sure my measurements were accurate to the description, but still everything is too tight, or fits awkward. And their returns/customer service is such a hassle to get through to them that I gave up. Returning the items would cost $50 without any shipping refund and i doubt the package would make it there. Also an item was missing and the hooks some of the shirts used to connect the straps are made of rubber making the shirts unwearable. Really disappointed and regret this purchase.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use dog dog. They use an assortment of brands and are never consistent with quality or sizing. Definetly not worth 2.5 months of waiting

I recently purchased over 100 dollars worth of clothing from StoreDogDog. The website directed me to a PayPal site which I thought was normal but shortly after I paid I received no purchase confirm email and no tracking number. I thought that was sketchy because I've purchased many things online and I've always received a purchase confirm email with a purchase ID number right after the payment. I waited 2 days before i emailed the company and then it took them 2 days for them to respond. The response was very poorly worded and almost made no sense. They said they had no order information of my purchase in their system and to send them my address. I quickly sent an email back with all my info and then they ghosted me. Such a shame because I was really excited about the cute clothing I was gonna receive. I will be looking into a fraud investigation with PayPal and this so-called "business".

Don't bother to buy anything from this site. The supplier is based in China so it takes extra long for the items to arrive. Their email mentioned that it would take 10-25 days to receive the item and while I did receive in the end, it took a month and half. I emailed their customer service and was told I would receive a refund but I never did. It's better to buy the items off of Yesstyle since the items are similar on their site and it's coming from Hong Kong, which has a faster delivery date.

I completely forgot about this store until I saw an email from them. I ordered a pink pleated skirts close to 2 years ago now. At first I read the reviews and thought this store was amazing! But boy I was wrong. It was about 1 month later and I thought, thats weird my item hasnt arrived yet, so I waited another week before I emailed asking where my item would be and they never responded! Now, almost 2 years later my item has still not arrived. Very disappointed to say the least! To be honest what would you expect from clothes cheaply made in a factory in china?

Bought the retro dragon dress and a punk barbwire choker. Both arrived as shown in just 2 weeks (China to Caribbean) I messaged CS 1st week and they answered (IG to email). I am satisfied with service and products. Dress came with free cute butterflies face tattoos. ()

So, I purchased two sweaters from the dog dog website and contacted them after it took over one month to ship out. They told me it would be another week or so and once it was "shipped" I was provided with a link that had inaccurate shipping info. I contacted them for a refund bc I had payed over 30 dollars and they continued to tell me that half my order was canceled without previously notifying me and shipping out my other sweater right after so I have to wait even longer (they told me three weeks or so). The person I was emailing then told me I would receive a refund for only one sweater (which I had not received yet) and am not allowed a refund for my second item. This is despicable and I never anticipated such bad customer service. I never write reviews but their emails and service was very unprofessional.

I waited for 5 MONTHS for my clothes to come and they never did. They also refused to give me a refund even though they had promised me one. Huge scam never order from here

I purchased my items middle of March and its the middle of May and they havent updated shipping since April 14th. I've accepted my items wont come and that I'm out 40 dollars. You are better off using shein or amazon.

The shipping was good it came in 2 weeks. I ordered two pants and some shirts just to test out. It was a big mistake. The quality is_OBVIOUSLY_ bad... For example the strings
On the pants were sticking out and i am very scared to even wear them. Then I got rainbow t shirt and the patch in it was sticking out. The care bear t-shirt was probably the biggest disappointment because the print was awfully made. The angel shirt thing was terrible as the strings were sticking out again and the material was just not it. I would more likely buy from H&M, even they have better clothing and almost as cheap. IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE

Ordered a package, took 7 weeks to arrive. When it came everything was damaged and 3 sizes too small. When I asked for a refund they said I'd have to pay to ship the items back out of my own wallet, and then once they received it, I might get a refund... Terrible company, not to mention the broken English making communication almost impossible. Do not buy from here!

Storedogdog is a company based in china. Sure the prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for, quality is horrid. When you attempt to contact them as an english speaker, the reply is not understandable being written in broken english, very unprofessional, very unaccomodating company.

I love shopping from shoredogdog, but now they are a MESS! They're packages usually come quick, but for some reason its been almost a month and NO UPDATE of my package. It was also a christmas gift for my younger sister. I contacted them and they responded with "Hi, we are very sorry that, your order was shipped out before we emailed you tracking information, as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, epacket and USPS have many packages, sometimes the tracking information do not update, but it is on the way to you, and shipping delay some days, and you should get it next two weeks, thank you~~" REALLY STOREDOGDOG?! So dissapointed! I was also a promoter for their instagram acc and said they'll pay me but when i code was used, they never sent me the money. They also respond in petty ways and don't seem to care. They've really changed my mind on them.
