Delivery was prompt & fast eventhough despatch from OEM China. Genuine DELL seal & proper protection in the packaging. Courier service also with good service attitude call to confirm delivery.
My Laptip works perfectly now with the new battery.

The Web site a video shows that what you are getting is a geniue Samsung battery, that's why I'm willing to pay double the price from other websites. Actual arrived, no Samsung logo, felt cheated :(
Hi all I recently purchased a Dell laptop battery from this company and when I tried the battery in my laptop it did not work. I then got a new battery directly from Dell which worked fine. I would not advise any body to deal with this company. If you require a laptop battery go to the computer manufacturer and purchase a battery from them. Do not deal with the company Singapore Battery. Then to really rub salt in the wound I asked for a refund of my money and they asked me to send back the battery however I had to pay for the shipping myself. What an unprofessional company!

This is seller is a scammer.
Recently bought a replacement battery for tab s 8.4 from them. They sent a China made battery which is smaller and thinner with longer connectors. Not useable!
They appear to be selling genuine battery but send you crap!

They only sell broken untested batteries. Batteries are not candies, we could seriously risk our own life if they explode.

First time I purchase item from online, I encountered this problem. The out source delivery company which they collaborate send to the wrong address and they can still mark it as delivered! If the other recipient did not call me, I will not know what had happen! Worse experience I ever had and swear I will boycott this company and their delivery partner!
