so far, so good. Never shopped here before but impressed with the type of products you carry and hope that the product I ordered will work as shown in the item description. The online store was easy to navigate and checkout was easy.

I do not see freight charges on my invoice. If freight is free that's great. However, hard to tell if the freight is reasonable since not on page.

The product was easy to locate and check out was hassle free. I was even contacted after the order was placed just to make sure the shipping charges were acceptable.

I thought it would be better to include the the clips. Or to indicate that the clips are sold separately and to give the item number for the clips. I had to place a second order to get the clips when I received the shelf and found out that the clips weren't included. If warning was given when I was shopping for the shelf, it would have saved me sometime and shipping cost.

Great help via chat coordination ETA on shipping and delivery when order was placed. Did not follow up on getting shipment out when I was told it would be.
