I'm a huge fan of Russell Simmons's Def Poetry. Huge. So huge that I had to get all the volumes, and the only place I could think to do it was at hbo.com. In comparing prices, though, I figured out that I could get the DVDs at Amazon for a little cheaper. Not sure who would buy straight from Hbo.com if you can just buy the same thing more cheaply at Amazon.
First I need to ask why it is not being send. It's because of a "Out of stock item" Then it takes ages so even respond to that and I need to ask again what is wrong with my order. Then finally when it gets send it doesn't arrive at my destination because I don't get a proper track and trace from you guys. And need to ask again what is going wrong with it. And I am given to information way to late and I need to pay for your guys mistake? Ridiculous. You guys don't contact me when there is something with my parcel. This has been my worst ever order at a web shop ever. No contact and can't even properly send a order.

I bought at a reduced price a sealed box set of hbos rome season 2. The dvds are hard to get out of the packaging and one cracked. I read online people complaining about hbos tight box sets. Hbo told me to send defective dvds to such an address but it looks like I have to pay for shipping. They should pay for everything. It gets me that they are so self righteous about piracy but when it comes to doing the right thing they are just corrupt money grubbing millionaires hiding behind a false public image. Does the government do anything about big business or does it only go after consumers.
