I have bee purchasing from TonerBuzz for the past five years and must say that the company is a wonderful resource. In June of 2023, I purchased 4 Black and a 3-pack of color toners for my HP laser printer. TonerBuzz delivered the next morning and saved me over $150 if I had purchased locally. I do not hesitate recommending TonerBuzz to my friends.

Tip for consumers:
Shipping time has always been next day over the past five years.

Products used:
Genuine HP 304A toner produces best results. TonerBuzz saves me money and processes orders overnight.

Only leaving one star because i cannot leave zero. Bought a 32 inch monitor on 4/12 for next day delivery. UPS failed to deliver and I was promised a full refund.
Remember that I have not seen or touched the item.
Keep being fobbed off with different excuses every time I call.
No other option now to take this down the small claims route and let everyone know what a bad company they are

Before placing the order I was worried about the product quality, but when I contact their customer service they provide a good solution and warranty policy to me. And help me place the order. Recommend!

WWW.IMPACT-COMPUTERS.CO.UK are useless at best or just plain dishonest at worst. You decide. Ordered on 05/05/09. Heard nothing. Rang up, advised product arrives 06/06/09. Since then nothing, no reply to mails, tel no removed from website, contact via a non-working support system. DO NOT USE WWW.IMPACT-COMPUTERS.CO.UK. TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN.

I purchased ink. The shipping box never opened. With COVID the ink was not used, the printer stop working, I requested an exchange. They were to respond within 7 to 10 days. No response. I called on 10/1 the CS rep stated it was approved and she or supervisor would be sending me return instructions via email before the end of her shift. No email was received. I called on 10/6 the CS rep talked over me, stated no update to my file even showing I called and no I would not receive return information as the policy was 6 months firm. I ask for a supervisor and was refused to be transferred. PLS listen to these calls and do something about inconsistent responses.

Tip for consumers:
It might be better to pay more to get good service and communication returned.

Didn't use the ink - unopened box requested to return for an exchange.

This store has ZERO customer service. After they get your money, they will not take responsibility for anything, not even undelivered product. I will never do business with them again and I URGE you not to either.

DON'T USE THIS CROWD OF CROOKS. THEY SOLD ME INKJET CARTRIDGES SUPPOSEDLY COMPATIBLE WITH MY EPSON PRINTER AND CALLOUSLYINSISTED THAT THEY HAD THE NEW CHIP REQUIRED. THE INKS DID NOTHAVE ANY COMPATIBLE CHIP SO DID NOT WORK, JAMMED IN MY PRINTER SO FAST THAT IT TOOK ME MONTHS TO GET THEM OUT, FINALLY RESORTED TO BIG IRON PLIERS. NOW THE NEW CARTRIDGES WORK BUT KEEP JUMPING OUT OF POSITION - BECAUSE THE GRIP MECHANISM HAS BEEN WRECKED - SO THE PRINTER SHUTS DOWN AND WONT PRINT. SO THESE CALLOUS CALCULATING FRAUDS HAVE WRECKED MY PRINTER. I HAVE THROWN IT OUT. I COMPLAINED AND THEY HAVE GONE SILENT - WON'T ANSWER ME AT ALL. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR 90 +% POSITIVE RATING - IT'S ALL MADE-UP LIES. THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN PROPER BUSINESS - JUST SINISTER MONEY-GRABBING - THEY WILL RUIN YOU PRINTER AND TREAT YOU WITH CONTEMPT

We ordered cartridges for our printer on 21-10-2011 and we have still not received the goods we ordered in spite of many attempts to locate this company. They did write an acknowledgement of our order band said they were experiencing difficulties with their website but no goods have been received and we are now trying to get our money back through our Credit card company. We would advise anyone NOT to use this site-it does take your cash but doesn't supply the goods!

I ordered house brand toner for my office. I have a 2023 laserjet canon all in 1 printer, scanner, copy, fax. The toner did not work! They refused to exchange it. I made the mistake to order the original toner also with 123 ink and that's when things took a turn for the worse. They sent me another house brand toner set along with the original brand. They refused to take it back and they also sent the invoice for this un ordered item to collections. I have personally spoken to the 123 manager and he repeated multiple times that he won't take it back and that he doesn't care if we want the house brand or not because the deal is done. I've sent this to my legal department and it's taking dozens of hours.
This company is a disgrace and should face legal consequences. I spoke also to canon Netherlands and they knew very well of this fraudulent company. It's not worth the savings to run so much risk. Not to mention the printer is damaged from their ink and the guarantee is void.
Hands down the worse experiences in my 15+ years experience buying toner for an mid size office.

Tip for consumers:
This company should face legal consequences because what they aim to rob customers sending products which were never ordered. All in hope that businesses continue to purchase faulty house brand ink. I am in shock they get away with this

I recommend that you join me in NEVER doing business with these people. I ordered a simple printer cartridge from Databazaar. The wrong order arrived. In the box was a packing slip made out to someone else. I called, and was assured that a return shipping label would be sent to me. A week later, I contacted customer service online, and was again assured that my issue would be taken care of. After weeks of communication on my part, including sending images of the incorrect order, the shipping label, the incorrect product, and the packing slip, I had heard nothing more from the company. I finally asked Paypal to intervene, and was able to get my money back. Minus the cost of return shipping, which, although it was not my mistake, I had to pay for. Never again. There are plenty of reliable printer cartridge companies out there.
