Storage Protection Auction

Called in to confirm a refund I was told they were gonna make yesterday. But Pete the co-founder said they said no such thing. We got into it and after arguing he finally stated it was refunded already. Alot of crap to go thru just to confirm a refund. I would never deal with storage auctions.com again

Warning do not buy from private sellers! They should not be allowed to sell on here! Just lost $900 on staged units and all stuff worth any money was broken! Customer service was useless and did nothing! Seller offered a discount!

I was blocked from using site because i called the facility to ask a couple of questions about a unit. I call other facilities and ask pertinent questions about a unit i might be interested in, never a problem. I hope all these owners start doing live auctions again. Only a matter of time.

10/29/2019 i just looked at a locker i was interested in so i looked up the address to see how for its away from me one hour and 15 minute away no to far so i go back to the auction 3 minute left no bids $10.00 to start so i bid the $10.00 4 minute later i get a email saying i won the unit for $100.00 dollar so i called storage auction.com in a hurry to see what happened they said i put a bid of 100 dollars in i now i don't i have been with them for a couple years now the employees for storage auction.com is no help there very nasty now i realized all the other auction i lost the bid on and they call me saying your the back up bidder the winner was a no show make me wonder it that they was running the bid up to get a bigger pay out for them see they get a percentage from the bidders and the storage facility for example i lost a bid $50 dollars some bidded $60 dollar they call me the next day and said you are the back up bidder if you still what it you can get it foe the 50 dollars so i got it i think that they bid us up put 100 dollar one me and hope someone else's start bidding no one did got caught up in there mess and blocked me before we got off the phone so i cant call the storage facility i call storage auction.com back to get the. Number to the storage facility so i can call them she wouldn't give me the number i said you blocked me so i can't go the my account and call them i will call them she said good thing i copied the address i found it the number and called them myself they said add credibility to this review with photos you block me when i called and complain so i can't go back on my account to screenshot anything
