PLEASE do not use this company! They are the biggest ripoff merchants ever! I'm updating my review from approx 3 years ago!. We now have to look for another garden shed because this one is literally falling down. As I type my hubby is trying to keep it together with brackets!. Customer service are rude, installers are ' elf and safety prats! Steer clear or you will regret it!

These guys are criminals - total scam artists. They advertise affordable moving rates so you book them. They ask for money in advance then half way through the delivery they ask for additional money to complete the delivery - Please be safe - stay away!

Send me the fake item, return for refund, but no reponse at all

I rented here for two months. The only bad thing about this place is that some times no one is at the office when i need them. But other then that the rates are really cheap

Brought a competitors price, used the price match option and they refused to honor the price because it was below their cost then why have a price match policy you wont honor? Horrible customer service and do not stand behind policies.

Delivery was a little late but the can arrived as advertised. The shipping container look new with a little scratches from time at sea but i love the product.

Rented a space from Effra Space Storage because they had the best rates in town. After three months paying I went in to make my next payment and my rent a was almost double than what I signed my contract for. They never notified me. I just found out at the time I went to make my payment. When I asked why they just said there is a rent increase. Looking at reviews they seem to do that to everyone. In my opinion they are nothing but scammers. They pull you in with a low rate and once you move in they know it would be a hardship for most people to find another place and make arrangements for help or have to rent a truck to move back out I think it's a pretty dirty thing to do. I can understand a rent increase of $5 or $10. That's one thing. But to almost double someone's rent to me is wrong. I think they scam you with the low rate to get you in purposely knowing they're going to raise your rent three months later.
