Complete lack of customer service and shoddy product. This is based on my experience, plus a friend's experience: The slippers broke (the air pocket popped) within an hour or two of (normal!) use. The company failed to return numerous calls and e-mails. Save yourself lots of time, money, and your child's tears and don't waste your time with these swindlers

Could not give no stars... NO customer service... the took my order before thanksging and never came... no one answers the phone ever... had to dispute charges.
